I'd love to give this product 5 stars because it definitely helped keep most mosquitos away but the issue I had was keeping it charged. It comes with the charger but this little device would not stay charged for us. It also comes with a 12 HR refill which is nice. There was a decrease in the mosquitos but it's not fool proof we still received some bites but nonetheless it did work to an extent.

Really appreciate the repellant functionality, upgraded from the small personal unit that uses the blue wafers, but after one use for a single hour, I shut the unit off and came back the next day to find 2/3 of the fluid had leaked out of the tank in a puddle underneath. Do I need to replace the cap on the wick after each use? Thinking about retuning for refund, can’t afford to lose the expensive fluid at this rate

I received this item for free from Thermacell in exchange for my honest review. I received this product and put it to work at my backyard barbecue for my neighbors. This product kept the mosquitoes at bay and everyone was very impressed. I think I inspired everyone to get one for themselves.

i have tried so many different product and not many of them work. so i wasn't so about trying this one but it worked better than i thought. it doesn't work that well on a windy day but does the job. i live in florida and the mosquitos love my area and my husband, he said it worked better than some of the other products we have tried and would buy more .

I got this product to try from the company and so far I love it. Before this I had the one u basically have to spark with a mini fuel container inside it by turning a button. This one is so much more convenient because you just charge it and then press a button and it automatically turns on (like electrically). I also no longer have to mess with those repellent strips and insert them in the device because this one has containers of repellent u just take the lid off and stick right in. Finally, I love the sleek and modern look-it would be great on my picnic table outside etc. I haven’t used it yet to see the range due to the temperature where I am but from what I can see it will be working great and I can’t wait to use it more this summer!

I bought this about a month ago for around our pool! We live in Louisiana where the mosquito are our “yard birds!” This works great! I would definitely recommend this hands down. We were able to enjoy a day/night by the pool without having to worry about being bite!

So far using the Thermacell E55 in the backyard helps keeping mosquitos away. It is effective and better than sprays. It is portable, lightweight and easy to use. Strongly recommended for family outdoor activities like camping or just relaxing with friends in the backyard.

I purchased this unit in the middle of last summer, and was so impressed! Unfortunately when I brought it out this year, the unit wouldn’t charge. I sent an email to customer service and received a prompt response. Sally was so helpful! As a new father of twins, I totally forgot to respond to and email. I received a reminder email to send in pictures and my address so they could send a replacement! What a great solution to mosquito problems. I have 4 kids so using mosquito spray is a big much for us. You spray it and then everyone is coated in it - and it's all you can smell (and sometimes taste!) My family and I love the compact repeller and the fact that it's rechargeable makes it so was to use. It covers a large space (UP to 20 ft) My next step is to see if I can use it on a hike. Feeling optimistic

This sample i receive is what i need around the house. Dont take long to charge and when turning on and has a jingle one the high side to let you know it on and turning it off it jingle on a lower sound letting you know it turning off. It doesnt put off any smells and it keeps the pest away. Now i do notice if the some wind while using the device it doesnt work as well but on a calm day it works great.
