To be honest I was quite skeptical, I've used many, many different mosquito repellents and the mosquitoes kept biting me and I get really bad reactions from their bites. Someone I know uses these products and said they work well, so I ordered one and the first time I used it I was sitting outside on my patio, I watched the mosquitoes come towards me, then all of a sudden turn around and fly away. I watched this happen over and over and not one reached me. Finally, I can actually go outside and use my firepit!

Not sure how good it is in the long run, cause I only used it once just earlier, now mind you I live in texas, we have so many mosquitoes, and they love mine and my girlfriends blood so much, it's not even funny, but I set it up outside about 20 minutes before we went outside, and than me her and my sister were just outside for about and hour and a half, and no one got bit, not even once, nothing flying around us and messing with us, it was amazing. But usually we always have HUGE mosquitoes, and alot to, but yeah, absolutely nothing today, no spray, no smell, no sting, no problem.

Easy setup. Living in a community along the river makes us prone to mosquito bites. Being a "talker" (expelling large amounts of CO2) makes me a prime target for the little buggers. These devices allow me to enjoy my firepit and patio without being eaten alive.

The product works very well. I just purchased the 36-hour refill, as the 15-hour one seemed to finish too soon. I believe a refillable one should be thought about by the company, as the wicks are removable and a liquid could be used to refill the cartridge. That would make it more affordable for us elder gardeners.

This unit is very good at keeping the bugs away. I don't know about a 20 foot radius, but it lets me work outside during Mosquito and deerflies season. The but is that they sent the wrong charging cord. It requires a USB-C at the unit, but the charging cord they sent doesn't have USB-C. I simply use my iPhone cord to charge it.

I only used it for about 3 house and I have never been outside in humid hot nights without being bit all over and I didn't seem to have one after my first use. So I can honestly say I look forward to using it every time I plan on spending time out in our yard.

I found the item very unstable due to the rounded base and for a device designed to be placed on the ground in caravan parks and campgrounds, this is far from an ideal design. Then when it rolls over the very expensive liquid leaks out and as a result, I only got about 8 hours protection from an extremely expensive 40 hour refill. Furthermore, unlike other competitors, there is not simple way to hang it up, which would solve the unstable base issue. So it is a double whammy, with an unstable design allowing it to roll over easily and extremely expensive liquid gold repellent that is allowed to leak out once it has rolled over.

We use the E55 on our patio and while doing outside chores, and it works great. The insect detractor liquid refill are expensive however, and recharging the battery requires a cable and external power source. Two improvements could be to reduce the cost of detractor refills, and maybe incorporate a solar charger.

Easy set up but we still got bit when outside we had it on the table next to us. We will try and use it again to see if we have it out and turned on before we go out will work better

Great repeller. There is one problem though. The start button is activated too easily. That becomes a problem when traveling, and the device is packed. As a result when you need to use it you find it discharged.
