I tried the Thermascell now a few times and I did see some mosquitos (and flies) in the 'dome'. Also I have the feeling that mosquitos will still be there under the table outside while the thermascell is on the table outside. The thermascell produces some sort of damp, mist, which is subjected to even the slightest wind. Not convinced about the effectiveness, but I'll keep trying as I also bought a refill.

Haven’t used yet. The previous one I bought worked amazing. I will give kudos to the extraordinary service received when contacting the company regarding an older device where the battery stopped charging altogether (roughly 2 yr old one that wasn’t in production anymore). I was mailed a code for replacement to a newer model. After 1st email to CS I was promptly replied to w some trouble shooters, to which I replied didn’t work for me. I was informed the battery needs recharging every 2-3 months even when not in use, and as I live in an area w four seasons, I had not kept it charged after the summer/early fall so I’m sure that was the problem. Even still, I was sent a code for a brand new one w/shipping included after explaining the trouble shooting tips didn’t work. Excellent service.

I live in the Southeast, where the mosquitos and sand gnats make it near impossible to enjoy the outdoors after 6 pm. I purchased a Thermacell and set it up 20 minutes before going out to the patio. I sat outside and did not see one biting insect within the range of the E55. I will be purchasing more Thermacell products in the near future. Highly recommend!!!

Just not sure about this one. I've used the Thermacell lanterns that use the little propane tank and I really like them. They seem to do a pretty good job. This new product will only last about 3-4 hours before needing to be recharged, so it requires a nightly recharge. The 12-hour cartridge didn't last long at all so the 40-hour cartridge is nice to have been included. I have placed this this right below my patio table so I'm sitting very close to it, but I have still been bitten by mosquitos a few times. Also, the little no-see-ums still buzz around. I'm going to continue using until the 40-hour cartridge runs out and then will make up my mind.

I'm a fan. I believe this really works. The proof? I get mosquitos bites if I stand in my front yard for more than 5 minutes. When I bring my Thermacell out into the backyard when I am raking and pulling weeds I can take up to an hour and I have zero mosquito bites. So, I do believe it works.

I am not usually on my balcony for longer than five hours, so this device works perfectly for me. I bought three of them because I love the effectiveness of Thermacell products. These rechargeables are perfect. It's amazing. They work so well not one mosquito bite not even one fly by. And I am the type of person that mosquitoes love.

I wish you guys made a product that I could use indoors to resell insects from coming into my house we live in the woods and the mosquitoes are wild when I open my door they come in and take so long ti find and kill them inside I need some help this is cool fir outside but would it be safe to use in a extremely vented shed space indoors

I have been using a Thermocell Radius since it was introduced and it works great and repelling mosquitos. I have also given them as gifts to friends that camp regularly and they love it. It is easy to use and you can charge it from your car if needed.

I have purchased this product twice. I was perfectly fine with the first one I bought and it worked amazingly. Unfortunately my dog got ahold of it and destroyed it so I bought this second one and am just as happy as I was with the first. Also dog is fine.

Very excited for this one. We have used an older model from this brand in the past and the battery stopped recharging, which was a bummer. So we ordered this one and are excited to be able to use it again for outdoor activities, hunting, and other things since we are in the mountains!
