Good upgrade

Bought the Wrangler AT Adventure as a replacement for the Goodyear Eagles that came as OE tires on my vehicle. As I live in the upper midwest, I needed something that offered better traction. It is slightly noisier, and a little stiffer riding, but the added traction will far outweigh those two things. Plus, they have a longer mileage warranty! Am looking forward to what they can do in the snow!

Well Worth A Little Extra

We have 25,000 miles on a set of four mounted on 2011 Jeep Liberty with true 4 wheel drive. The traction on wet and dry pavement is excellent. Traction in snow and slush is very good. They are the quietest tires we have had on the highway in years. Occasional off-road in slick mud is very good in 4-wheel drive.

Restored handling for 2010 Silverado

Installed on 2010 Silverado work truck. INITIAL impressions are very good. Had to replace a set of Michelins because one had a sidewall blowout! The Michelins gave great ride and fuel mileage but are inadequate for anything but hiway driving. These Goodyears track and respond better and are better in very deep snow and average in mud. If I get 60k or more miles out of them, I'll buy again. The sidewall on these is definitely thicker and stiffer than the Michelins so I expect better off road/dirt and gravel road durability. Despite the stiffness, there is no appreciable loss in ride comfort compared to the soft Michelins. Another thing that I disliked about the Michelins is that although they are the same tire size and rating as the OEM tires, you cannot air them up to the same pressure (35 psi, as specified on the door sill placard) because they wear as though they are significantly overinflated--the mid tread siping was gone at my first 8,000 mile rotation and the front tires tread wore similarly. I had to air down to 33 up front and 31 on the rear tires to keep a flat 'footprint' across the width of the tire. I suspect this is because the Michelins are so soft for minimal rolling resistance but really? The OEM tires rode fine and lasted 70k where both the front and rear were maintained at the specified pressure and they wore perfectly evenly. I suspect these beefier Goodyears will also wear better than the air-downed Michelins. Bye bye Michelin, hello Goodyear! I ordered these from Walmart.com and received email notification on delivery. My local Cody, WY store installed these same day in an hour and even stowed my spare that I had left in the bed of the truck after the night time blowout. My only criticism is that all four tires were over inflated to different pressures. After I aired them all down to 35 psi, I realized how smooth-riding and sure-footed these made my Silverado once again.

Nowhere near the mileage they are suppose to get

These tires are fine as long as you don't want to get the 60k miles they advertise. I have these on my 2017 Tacoma, and they are 5/32 (for an all terrain tire) after 30k miles. They are wearing even but I rotate tires every 5000 miles. Disappointed in them so guess I'll upgrade in a few months. And the online chat guy just wants to pawn me off to some phone number. So really disappointed in customer service so far, which is why I rated it a 1 instead of a 3.

Best Truck Tires Made!

I purchased these tires because my nephew is on his 3rd pair of these on his Ford F-150 pick up and has gotten close to 100,000 on each set!!! I have about 4,000 miles on my set on a 2008 Toyota Tacoma 4 x 4 including a trip to Montana and it rained most of the way out there. The tires were Great in the rain and standing water on the highway!

Just in time for the first snowfall in the mountains!

Building my retirement home in the Appalachian mountains requiring frequent trips pulling trailers with supplies, tooling and equipment. Extremely pleased with traction and handling. Rides a little rough but not unexpected with E-load rated radials and the heavy suspension. Hope that I like them as well when they need replacing.

great on and off road tire

I have purchased these tires for my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee after the original Goodyear tires wore out at around 50,000 miles. The original tires I had were very good, but were more of a street tire and not an all terrain tire. I live on a large rural property and often need to go through mud, deep water and lots of snow to access my property and these tires are perfect for that. Since these are all terrain tires I did not expect them to be very good on road, but that was not the case. The tires are very comfortable and surprisingly quiet when traveling at around 70 MPH. I can't speak as to how long they last because I have had them for only about 1 year. I have put about 8000 miles on them and they still look brand new. These are by far the best tires you can buy for on and off road use.

Excellent Product

Before I put these set of tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I always had on all season tires not all terrain. After my experience with these I will never go back. They have great snow traction along with amazing off and on road traction while being very quiet. They also look great with the aggressive tread pattern on ant truck or SUV. I high recommend.

Worst Tire Ever!!

I have had more punctures on these tires than any set I have ever own. Handling and wet traction is ok. The sidewalls are super weak, and the over all quality is garbage. Two out of 4 tires are cupping on the sides. If these come on your truck, spend the money and get duratracs or something else. Because these are just gargbage.

Good tires that handle well in all weather

I've driven on these tires through 2013/14 Chicagoland winter and have responded well. Tested the tires without using 4x4 and driving through a foot of snow and did not have problems. I drive during snow storms because I plow with my truck and don't feel worried about getting stuck. Sometimes i forget that i'm plowing without 4x4 and plow with no problems. The ride is also softer/smoother than my old Goodyear Wrangler AT/S. Those were great in the winter and off-road also but they were discontinued. I feel confident saying that these tires will work just as well if not even better. A little expensive also.
