Good Tires; Kevlar is a Plus!

I have had these tires for 3 months and driven about 5000 miles. I purchased them because they have a kevlar layer and I anticipate that will protect them from puncture compared to a like tire without kevlar....time will tell. These tires replaced Firestone Destination M & S tires which lasted 40K miles without any problems. I was pleasantly surprised with the Firestone tires, but I was looking for the extra protection afforded with the kevlar layer of the Goodyear tire. Pricing was about the same. The only downside so far to the Goodyear tires is that they do not lay as flat on the road as the Firestone tires did and they do not track as straight on the open road as the Firestone Destination tires did. I had the dealer align the vehicle when I purchased them, so I do not think it is an alignment issue. In conclusion, I like the Goodyear tires so far. They are quiet on the road and give very good traction.

Excellent tire!

Bought these to replace OE equipment tires on my Nissan Titan. Went with a 10 ply for more durability and towing stability. Extremely pleased with ride comfort for an LT tire. Also very quiet on road. We have taken several long trips on these tires and even at 75 mph they make no noticeable noise. Wet traction, snow traction, and traction/handling on gravel roads are all excellent. The only area where this tire does not excel is mud due to the close tread pattern. If you encounter muddy conditions on a regular basis opt for the Wrangler Duratrac. I have found both the Wrangler All Terrain Adventure and the Duratrac to be my 2 favorite truck tires after trying about everything in the all terrain segment. I run the Duratrac on my work truck and the All Terrain Adventure on my personal truck. Both have proven to be excellent choices.

Well Worth A Little Extra

We have 25,000 miles on a set of four mounted on 2011 Jeep Liberty with true 4 wheel drive. The traction on wet and dry pavement is excellent. Traction in snow and slush is very good. They are the quietest tires we have had on the highway in years. Occasional off-road in slick mud is very good in 4-wheel drive.

Worst Tire Ever!!

I have had more punctures on these tires than any set I have ever own. Handling and wet traction is ok. The sidewalls are super weak, and the over all quality is garbage. Two out of 4 tires are cupping on the sides. If these come on your truck, spend the money and get duratracs or something else. Because these are just gargbage.

Great all around tires

I put these tires on my F-250 4x4 crew cab in early September 2015. Since then I made a trip to northern British Columbia for a moose hunt. Great ride, very quiet and mileage was about 1-2 mpg better than the competitor's tires I took off. For the last two weeks we have been driving in powder snow and on compact snow & ice and traction is very good, without studs or siping. I drove for many years on Goodyear F-32 winter radials during my law enforcement career and these tires are almost as good.

Awesome tire. Well worth the price.

I was concerned that these tires would be rough riding and noisy. I could not have been more mistaken. They are as quiet and smooth riding as the highway only tires I had previously. They balanced beautifully and are perfect for my needs. Great hwy and off road performance. Thumbs up Goodyear.

Just in time for the first snowfall in the mountains!

Building my retirement home in the Appalachian mountains requiring frequent trips pulling trailers with supplies, tooling and equipment. Extremely pleased with traction and handling. Rides a little rough but not unexpected with E-load rated radials and the heavy suspension. Hope that I like them as well when they need replacing.

Unhappy due to Vibration

I have 26k on these tires, in the 20 months that they have been on my 2017 Ram 1500. One tire has been replaced due to unable to be balanced and in total they have been balanced 16x. Only for 2 months after a "special balance" did I not have a vibration. I am not happy at all with these tires.

Durability: VERY POOR.

tires listed as all terrain, I have had the on my truck for one year now. With in the year I have had 4 holes in the tread area. I do very mild off road, mainly stay on dirt road when I do. YesterdayAfter driving on dirt road for a little, I notice one tire was low. When I removed the tire I found that a small rock ( pea size) had poked through the tire between treads. The other 3 times had been a small twig and rocks also. I would not buy these tires, unless you plan on staying only on paved roads.

Seem Better Than Previous Pro Armor

I liked the previous series of Pro Kevlar but they seemed to wear out too fast. I have to use vehicle for everything from around town to 4 wheel drive off road in rocky terain and also to haul trailers including 38' 5th wheel. These aren't showing wear (chunking) of tread like previous. I would say these are a good upgrade over previous series.
