I use it every night so that I can sleep. Helps with my leg cramps. I use my knees a lot on the job. I have recommended this product to my Physical Therapist. And she began using it for her other patients.

I guess each person is different. I had high expectations due to the reviews. I gave it my fair share. It didn't work for me. I would like a refund. This was a waste of time and money. I will continue searching for better pain relief for my knees.

Blue Stop gives fast relief from arthritis pain and is pleasant smelling. It dries quickly without leaving a sticky or oily residue.
