I guess each person is different. I had high expectations due to the reviews. I gave it my fair share. It didn't work for me. I would like a refund. This was a waste of time and money. I will continue searching for better pain relief for my knees.

We got a few examples awhile back and just started using one and with a few applications it took my pain away. My mom who is 84 sufferers from arthritis and it helped her immediately, my husband had pain in his shoulder and neck and I applied this product massaging those areas, his pain has gone away for good! Blue Stop gives fast relief from arthritis pain and is pleasant smelling. It dries quickly without leaving a sticky or oily residue. My wife and I have used it for several years and find that an application turns off the pain for four to five hours. I don't know how we would get a good night's sleep without it.

It just didn’t help me at all and I could not feel the menthol. Also the pump didn’t work.
