We got a few examples awhile back and just started using one and with a few applications it took my pain away. My mom who is 84 sufferers from arthritis and it helped her immediately, my husband had pain in his shoulder and neck and I applied this product massaging those areas, his pain has gone away for good! I guess each person is different. I had high expectations due to the reviews. I gave it my fair share. It didn't work for me. I would like a refund. This was a waste of time and money. I will continue searching for better pain relief for my knees.
