I got this to use on my chronic shoulder pain. The massage feels good as I rub it in but it does little to relieve the pain in the joint or the surrounding muscles. So another item tried.

I'm 73, retired Agriculture/Shop Teacher and eventual 10 yrs as a school bus driver. Hard work outside all my life. Pain in my hands made it difficult to grip with my hands. She rubbed it in and in just a few short minutes, the pain was severely reduces to very manageable level. I went down the next morning and bought a bottle. I bought this and was excited to give it a try because I have bad hip pain. Today it arrived so I opened it right away and tried it, here 4-5 hours later I'm still In pain. This didn't even lighten the pain and will not be purchasing ever again. That was a waste of $22.00, save your money. Disappointed!!
