I gave this 3 stars because the smell is way too much for me, too perfume-y. If it were more natural and less fragrance I would definitely rate a 5. Works great on pain, a really strong long lasting fragrance

This a new staple in my house. I have arthritis and nerve pain and although it doesn't 100% takes the pain away it does take the edge off. I would say it's pretty powerful for the first 15 to 20 minutes then it fades away. It has a nice smell too!

I absolutely love this stuff and agree with all the reviews! I have had constant knee issues for six years and this stuff is amazing on relieving pain. Sometimes I use it once a day and sometimes a few times a day and the odor is mild and much nicer than the ben-gay type smell. I have also used it before going to bed on my hips and thighs due to some pain occurring there lately - makes for a nicer sleep. Thank you to Blue Stop and especially Sam's for carrying it!

I'm 73, retired Agriculture/Shop Teacher and eventual 10 yrs as a school bus driver. Hard work outside all my life. Pain in my hands made it difficult to grip with my hands. I suffered with stiff and painful joints, mainly morning. I've used Blue Emu and Aspercreme, but they're expensive for small amounts. I tried the sample of this Blue Stop at Sam's while shopping and rubbed it in well. I had not used any other pain cream that morning. I continued shopping. When I got home and was taking things inside from the car, I suddenly realized how little joint pain I had. I ordered two bottles online and using once in the morning and it lasts me all day. I can do limited outside work, but can continue my indoor hobby which requires much thumb and forefinger detail work. My dog is ok with the smell and it doesn't last. My wife and I have used this product for years, as it provides us with instant topical relief from muscle aches. The price from samsclub.com is less than ordering it direcrt from the manufacturer CLAVEL and it ships for free. Only problem was that it arrived without a pump (as pictured on the web site),,,just a disk lid.. A call to Clavels client service resulted with a pump being shipped to me with in days!
