In all honesty, I was pleasantly surprised with the size of this, I thought it would be much more comparable to a beef stick, but it is much larger. I was not impressed with the taste, though. It tasted very chemically, Not like any other turkey stick I’ve had before. Could’ve been a bad batch, but did not love it.

The taste of the turkey sticks at first are a little strong, the herbs are very pronounced but they started to mellow out after the initial shock lol they don’t taste too different than a beef flavor. I think if you enjoy this kind of snack, you might enjoy these!

I am trying to lose weight by reducing calories and simultaneously increasing protein. These are great because they are less calories than beef and give me extra protein. I eat one with my breakfast and they are small enough to keep in my purse when I'm hungry for a healthy snack away from home.

These mini turkey sticks are perfect for that on the go snack, lunch, breakfast, etc. They are very flavorful and bold but not overpowering. It doesn’t have a powerful smell like other jerky sticks The texture appears to be more on the rubbery side which I’m not huge fan of.

These are not your typical tasting meat stick. At first I wasn’t sure since they have the savory herb flavor, but they have grown on me. Now I find myself grabbing these more often. I appreciate that they are turkey instead of beef and made without nitrates other than what is in the celery salt.

This was well received by my family. They enjoyed the Italian inspired seasoning and easy to bite "tooth" to it. Taste and texture was very similar to a summer sausage, just with a more herbal flavor. Do not let the fact it is made with turkey and not beef deter you.

While they come nicely packaged for easy packing if traveling or in lunch boxes, the size is quite small. I prefer the larger stick rather than this mini size. The flavoring is quite strong. Takes away from the meat flavor you usually expect from these snack sticks

Great snack! These are tasty little snacks to pack on the go, in school lunches and take on road trips. They provide you with some protein on the go which I’m always looking for. We prefer turkey to beef for health reasons so I was happy to find these. The seasoning isn’t over powering. Yummy protein filled snack. Goes great with cheese.
