Cute bag but found a dead spider inside. My child was mortified and would not use it. So it was a waste because Bentgo does not offer free return shipping. Ending up buying another brand. But I love the design and size.

We got this product because other lunchboxes we have tried dont quite fit the bentgo. This one does the trick amd more. It not only fits the bentgo but there is so much space for other items.

I am obsessed with this! My grandma has spent a lot of time in Japan and when she saw that I was using this she was so happy. The rest of the world is catching up to how convenient bento boxes are!

I love the color and the carrying bag. The only thing was the container was cracked inside. So it wasn't perfect. Can I exchange it? It was a gift for Valentines Day. That would be awesome, it must of cracked during be transported.

I like the bag, but wish it had a drink pocket on the side. The zipper on my bag is also acting up. The second time I used it the zipper came open and I had to really mess with it to get it to zip properly.

Fits all of the Bento boxes! Space for ice packs too. I’ve also packed the salad box and a water bottle. The shoulder strap is easy for kids to carry.

Very well made, roomy. The food containers are quite small (not realistic for your average person lunch/meal). The utensils are small (best to carry your own from your kitchen)

The zipper is horrible. Every time I go to pick it up the zipper breaks. It spilled on the metro the other day. I don’t even put that much in it. I was really excited about this purchase, but I wish I never bought it.

Would definitely recommend. Perfect for lunches and snacks. The green color gave me nostalgia from the 1960’s and 1970’s Tupperware collections and childhood camping Trips.

Great product. My Kids have been using it since 20 years and apart from rubber band i didn’t have to replace anything. Still working and in good shape
