Really nice small squares for snacking or I use them for grilled cheese.

I had the bag a couple days and opened a few of the cheese's and they were moldy unfortunately

Good cheese sealed tightly. The cheese taste good but can be hard to open by hand.

Much better than string cheese for a quick snack. Could be easier to open though.
