Love these Gouda and Havarti snack cheeses, but find the "easy open" notch on each wrapped piece terrible, as when you tear at that marked notch one small corner opens up, and trying to then get the rest of the plastic off and the actual cheese out is ridiculously difficult! Not great when there are no scissors or knife around to finish the opening!

These are hands down the best. Everyone in my family loves these, especially my 6-year-old son who has become a bit of a "cheese snob" and now only asks for either Havarti or Gouda! These are an everyday snack in my household and such a better, healthier option that other snacks my kids reach for. A true staple in my home!

I've bought this product for the past several years, and while the actual product is excellent, they do not give you the same amount of cheese types in each bag any longer. It used to be you would get 12 havarti and 12 Gouda bars. In the last four packages I have picked up, the variety is mostly Havarti now. The manufacturer keeps stating it is the odd bag that this happens to, but this has been going on for at least a year.

The cheese is fine. The packaging is awful. The tear notches let you rip a small corner off, then you can flip it over and rip the other corner off. Still leaving the center connected. The point of a snack is to be quick and easy. It's nice that the package is good looking, but functionally speaking, it's terrible.

Bought these cheese around a week ago. Opened one up to give to my 1 year old and just as I was about to hand it to him I noticed a large spot of mold. Double checked the expiration date and they are supposed to be good until October. Very disappointed!

These are so delicious! Also the nutrition is really good - 5 g of protein in each.

We love this, it's fresh, natural, convenient, tastes great!
