So good, but took away a star because why do they have to be so hard to open? A tear strip along the top would be a welcome improvement to the packaging.

We bought these for a mid-morning snack for a conference for adults. Paired with an apple and pretzels, the attendees were impressed. Much classier than string cheese, and more special than cheddar squares, that's for sure!

Both the Havarti and the Gouda are fabulous. I love cheese and this combo package is the first I have found that combines two of my favorites. My son has been killing them.

I was going to buy the babybel mini Gouda rounds & they were out. Bought this instead & it is great cheese. These make a great snack. I found out I like havarti cheese too.
