Great tasting cheese with two options to choose from. Great packaging for including in a school lunch or quick snack around the house.

The texture is not good. I like my cheese to be a little creamy and this cheese is not creamy at all. The tastes good but bad texture.

Good snack and kids loved taking them in thier lunches and having a break from mozzarella string cheese. Hubby even approved.

Don't no what happened but this cheese Don't taste the same the gouda use to be awesome and they seemed to have been thicker
