The best cheese money can buy. We buy these almost every time we are in store. Husband is Italian and we make a lot of pasta and pizza. The flavor is perfect. It's a little pricey but we've tried the cheaper imitation cheeses and they just cannot compete.

If you've only used the canned or bottled parmesan cheese (Americanized version), you have no idea what real Parmiggiano Reggiano is. The difference in flavor is unbelievable. Yes, you have to grate it yourself but it's SO worth the trouble. This makes the best Alfredo sauce there is. Also great for sprinkling over spaghetti sauce, or for making pizza or Lasagna.
