I was a bit disappointed. About one inch on the thick end was driest out and extremely hard. It was unusable.

I love using parmesan to cook and season. This is a very tasty parmesan for a good price, compared to local groceries. It is a nice sized chunk, and lasts for a good while. Every crumb is usable. The rinds make for a great flavor addition in soups.

We always have this Parm in the fridge, We use it in salads, making casseroles, add to sauteed veggies. It has to be the stuff imported from Italy, it's worth the extra $$. I love my country but they don't make Parm like the Italians.

does not taste like real authentic parm cheese frim italy. it is quite nutty, but so mild and almost sweet. there almost no salt at all which is weird.

Local Sam's stopped carrying the authentic Parmesan cheese from Parma, Italy. Sorry, but this USA cheese tastes worse than canned Kraft cheese. Will not buy it again. Hope Sam's carries authentic Parmesan again.

It's the real deal folks, taste as good as the high end cheese at other speciality store, this product is about what you will pay elsewhere and it is just as good as any I've ever had.
