The cap is harder to get off having your push in both sides to be able to remove it. It did work for at least an hour my son felt the pain relief in his shoulder after getting hit by a baseball. My husband liked it too, he also said it only lasted a little while.

I rubbed the Tylenol Precise Cooling Pain Relieving Cream into my thumb and instantly the pain was gone. I didn’t get too much on- just enough which I really appreciate the easy applicator! I actually had to use it myself because I pulled a muscle. I like that it’s easy to apply to a specific area. It’s not messy and it does have a cooling effect when applied. I have had better results with ThermaCare pain patches, and I would not buy this product again, although the cooling effect is nice and would probably feel good on someone’s hot feet.

This cream was perfect for sore muscles after a long days work. The metal roller balls are great for massaging the cream into your sore muscles. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to get leg cramps after my busiest days and deal with a lot of soreness in my back and hips, so I'm familiar with lidocaine and menthol as active ingredients in an over the counter pain relieving cream and find they do give me some relief. Tylenol has their own version now with both those ingredients (not not the actual active ingredient in Tylenol pills or caps). First, this cream is so easy to apply. Simply squeeze the tube on the area where you need to apply then rub in with the rollerball applicator. You don't have to worry at all about getting it on your hands. And it smells so nice. I'd like this scent in a regular lotion in fact but it's especially nice in comparison with the way other creams with menthol like this smell. With others you usually smell like a walking medicine cabinet but this is lightly fresh and clean scented. And it works. My aches dull when I use it and if I apply before bed I can usually avoid leg cramps. Overall I definitely recommend this one. A little actually goes a long way so it's a good value at this price point, and it's a great tool to have in your medicine cabinet for achy days or even strained muscles.

I also didn’t notice a sticky residue after it soaked in, which is great. The roller balls were a nice touch. I do think they added an extra aspect to the relief. The effects did take a moment to become noticeable. But once it started working, it was great. It does its job. I think I would like it to work a little longer, but I also did not time the relief. Overall I would absolutely continue using this product for relief.

I have to admit that I enjoyed the smell of it and it was cooling! But it didn’t help my aching knees at all :/ my husband also tried it on his knees and he stated that he didn’t feel any difference when using it
