I'll admit I was very apprehensive about it working at first but upon receiving it it was quite a surprise. The tube itself is quite large and the cream has a very subtle smell not very strong at all. I applied the cream which went on with no sticky or greasy feeling and waited,within a few minutes it began to work it's magic the pain I had been feeling in my upper shoulder was now disappearing slowly. I'd say within 10-15 minutes of applying the cream the pain was no longer bothering me.

The applicator is great and the cooling effect of the cream really helps. The lidocaine does a great job of numbing the pain. The menthol is not too overpowering. This is great to have in your medicine cabinet.

I am extremely impressed with the performance of this pain relieving cream. I have also found that the combination of lidocaine and menthol in this cream provides fast-acting and long-lasting pain relief. I have used it on various areas of my body, including my lower back, neck, and knees, and have experienced significant reduction in pain and aches. Bought this today due to sleeping wrong and having dealing with really bad neck pain for the past day and a half. After purchasing this I used it and was finally pain free for 4-5 hours and was able to sleep. It is easy to use and apply where needed. Would definitely purchase again

The little metal roller balls help move the product around. It is cooling and it helped a little bit but nothing that blew me away.
