I like the massage aspect more than just using a lidocaine spray. I do find the application a bit messy, but I think it's worth it for my knee. This cream comes in a tube with rollers for easy application and Inhave to say this is my favorite feature of this product. It's easy to apply and mess free. I just had to squeeze a little and roll it on your skin. I love the nice barely there scent on this cream unlike other brands that the hole room smell like mentol. After a minute of application I felt the burning sensation you feel with pain receiving creams but it wasn't uncomfortable. I use it on my knee and lower back after I a couple hours of putting together some furniture I bought for the living room. This cream works and I will buy it from now on.

The rolling balls on the cap help the cream apply nearly without a mess. I was pleasantly surprised by the light scent. It did not stand out or overpower smelling like mental and orher pain relief options. This did help for pain. I would recommend it for someone with minor pains and aches for relief.
