I bought this for today to have for my son's birthday. The crab is ok a little dried out and over salted. The butter was horrible and inedible way too much seasoning and even more salt. You would never know if the crab was good or not using this butter so over powering and not a good flavor I even added fresh lemon and unsalted butter to try dilute it King crab is expensive. I did buy it on sale so it was 2 lb with butter I weighed the legs and only got 1 1/2 pounds of crab legs. This a single person serving so for every person you need an entire pack..

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The crab legs were delicious and had lots of meat. The scampi butter made the meat taste even better. One thing I liked is that they are fully cooked and you can enjoy them cold or warm.

Worth every penny. These Legs were huge and so delicious. We couldnt think of a single seafood dinner we have ever had that could match these legs. They also came pre-cracked which was terrific. The butter that comes with them is also fantastic and was enough for the amount of legs. I am writing this review to help others to decide whether to spend the money or not. You should ABSOLUTELY. 1 lb per person is plenty with sides, such as a baked potato and salad.

Still a decent price for tasty king crab. Bought 2lb package for $34.68, weighed it at 2.32lb. Butter weighed .22 lb. Once thawed, crab with shell weighed 1.65lb which is what I used to base the actual $23.61. The lost weight was mostly water; plus butter and bag. Further, actual meat weighed in at 1 1lb. Boy was it hard to peel all that without eating, but very rewarding in the end! YMMV

Haven't purchased these in a couple years; all the reviews about being salty, I was concerned...but steamed in oven and thought it was delicious...I prefer just regular butter vs. the scampi butter provided, but overall will definitely buy again, especially with $30.00 off thru Jan 2nd.
