Pros: feels very strong and durable, heavy duty, 110' making it great for large areas, no issues with sun causing bursting Cons (for me): I purchased 2 different hose reels to try and accomodate this hose but it was extremely frustrating to get it on the reel which I never could get it on there properly because it's so stiff, it's extremely heavy to drag around the yard on and off the hose reel for simple everyday tasks like watering my flower bed I feel this hose is of good quality but depending upon what you are using it for this hose may not be the best choice due to the sheer size and rigidity of it. I have kept this hose (actually I have 2 of them) for more heavy duty jobs we may have and for my everyday hose I use most often I actually purchased the Flexi hose also offered from Sams which is much much lighter weight

I've had the hose for I tyhin 3 years. For the money this hose can't be beat. It is long, tough but still flexible with little kinking. The only issue is with the hose connectors using brass quick connectors. Once attached and after prolonged us, as others have experienced, iy is impossible to remove the quick connectors. I'm fairly confident that the threaded connectors on the hose are aluminum. Brass and aluminum do not get along - the hose connector threads and quick connector threads end up dusing together making it impossible to remove them. It's called galvanic corrosion. Didn't even think about that when I bought the hose. The fix is to cut off the frozen end and install a new male threaded end. Not the endo f the world, a slight nuisance. I would highly recommend a warning be placed on the packaging warning of the risk using brass fittings with it.

I must have bought the wrong hose because all the 5 star reviews are wrong. Worst hose I’ve ever bought. Advertised as “kink resistant” not true! Hose kinked up as soon I unrolled it, and all the areas where it twisted are now permanently kinked. Cheap material definitely not heavy duty. Save your money don’t buy it!

Returned it immediately because it leaked from both ends constantly. The other problem was that the piece that the sprayer connected to came loose and made it impossible to take the sprayer off. It would just spin and spin instead of unthreading. I had to use vicegrips to get it off. I promptly returned the hose.

Opened it, hooked it up, and it leaked as fast as the water came out of the faucet on one end. Was asked by customer service why I bought "Members Mark" at all. Lol! Went to Home Depot for quality product. At least Sam's has a no questions asked return policy.

Did I think I was more talented with hoses than everyone else who said they had it kink? Maybe. Was I wrong and it's just an awful hose? Yep. I had a Member's Mark hose before that lasted us many years. We loved it. Replaced it with this piece of junk. Literally kinked in four places on the first use. Impossible to unroll without severe kinking. Useless. What a piece of junk.

This is a high quality hose, for an excellent price. We have probably bought 10 of them or more over the last 3-4 years, and will probably still buy more (we live on a farm). That said, we attempted a return to the store on one that had obvious manufacturing defects in the hose itself. It had been unrolled, but never used. We were told that - in regards to the warranty - we needed to contact the manufacturer. Being a "Member's Mark" item we were confused, and said so. We were told again that we needed to contact the manufacturer. Instead of arguing about it or asking for a manager we simply gave up. This is still the best hose on the market, for the price. Just don't assume there is an actual warranty included with your purchase. Sam's Club is not what it once was.
