I love the fact that this hose has a lifetime guarantee where it can be returned or replaced if there ate defects. I also love the length of the hose as I have very large front and back yards. Even work the length, the hose delivers high pressure no matter how it is stretched out. It has a high psi which was big for me as I use the hose alot and the past few other brands have burst. praying this one doesnt, but comforted with lufetime guarantee/warranty. i would recommend.

I must have bought the wrong hose because all the 5 star reviews are wrong. Worst hose I’ve ever bought. Advertised as “kink resistant” not true! Hose kinked up as soon I unrolled it, and all the areas where it twisted are now permanently kinked. Cheap material definitely not heavy duty. Save your money don’t buy it!

Well made

I have never hated a hose as much as this one! It gripes me even now as I sit inside looking at the wet puddle in my yard where it leaks. There will be another one between the house and down the back sidewalk where it leaks at the faucet! I have tried every imaginable way reasonably possible to mend this hose, and it will stop only for a short time before it begins to leak. It has raised ridges inside that will not allow the best couplers to work without leaking! I hate this hose! And it's not hard to get leaks either. I left Sam's for a while because I got so frustrated and planned on trying something from one of two other competitors, which I loved. Sam's now carry the Zilla hoses as well, so I rejoined only to discover they still have this one! They know it sucks! I guess I'll go to the trouble of rescuing my couplers and cleaning the mud off so I can carry it back to Sams. Revenge! for this misery! Nothing else will satisfy! lol

This is a high quality hose, for an excellent price. We have probably bought 10 of them or more over the last 3-4 years, and will probably still buy more (we live on a farm). That said, we attempted a return to the store on one that had obvious manufacturing defects in the hose itself. It had been unrolled, but never used. We were told that - in regards to the warranty - we needed to contact the manufacturer. Being a "Member's Mark" item we were confused, and said so. We were told again that we needed to contact the manufacturer. Instead of arguing about it or asking for a manager we simply gave up. This is still the best hose on the market, for the price. Just don't assume there is an actual warranty included with your purchase. Sam's Club is not what it once was.

We took it out to use it for the first time today. I hooked it to another hose to be able to reach where I needed it and it is leaking from the bottom of the yellow grip and from the small holes on the sides of the grip. I have bought this same hose 2 times before and never have had this problem. There is so much water coming from the grip that it is hard to get pressure. To return it I have to drive over an hour. I am not happy to say the least.

I have been purchasing this gray/yellow "Professional" hose from Sam's Club for the past 20 years as the hose would wear out from home garden use. The hose I literally just purchased looked cheaper than in the past 2 years or so - shiny stiff plastic like a low end hose from a discount store - similar to a bright green cheap hose (only Sams is gray and yellow now!). I literally brought it home. Screwed it on the house spigot thinking it felt cheap and within a minute of turning on the water the gray plastic hose detached - blew apart from the metal/plastic fitting on the hose that attaches it to the house spigot - water going everywhere! Members Mark professional garden hose used to be higher contractor quality - no more. Its just a cheap green discount hose painted gray/yellow to look like the quality hose they used to carry! Don't buy - you are wasting your hard earned money. I literally didn't even get 1 use out of the $34 hose.

Nice hose for the money

This is absolutely, enequivocally, without any shadow of a doubt, the worst hose design ever made since rubber, or actually PLASTIC, WAS INVENTED! WHO in their right mind would encase a metal nut, designed to be able to grip to unscrew, in PLASTIC!!! The plastic will actually just slip around the nut, causing the operators blood pressure to sky rocket, potentially leading to a heart attack! There is absolutely NO WAY to make it grab... VICE Grips... just slides... channel locks... nope... put it in a vice? Well still wont work and now its bent and worthless anyway.... Sams should be ashamed....
