It started kinking in first use and it's heavy...i didn't consider how heavy it would be with water in it. It is long

This is a heavy duty water hose. I wouldn't water your animals with it as soon as you get it. Let the hose run for awhile. It seems to have something that makes the water a little bubbly. Our best hoses we actually bought two of them.

While it is Kink "resistant," that does not mean that it will not Kink. It has a plastic fitting to screw it onto the faucet. It would be better if this was all metal. I need to use a wrench to screw it on tight and the may degrade or crack.
