I bought this for a friend as a birthday gift. It was really good quality for the price. My friend loved it!

This bag is an excellent travel companion carry-on Bag. The laptop compartment is very convenient and and secure. A very durable product and handsome styling.

Suitcase was smaller than advertised. Only outside measurements were given and I couldn't fit 2 days worth. If suitcase was full, you couldn't get laptop in the front pocket. I wanted to like it because it was a great price. Returning it

I absolutely LOVE this! I got it real quick, and I must say it is sturdy asf! I went halfway around the world from Austin to China, and it held up pretty well! And I will mention that I’m very impressed at how well it held up! I usually end up over weight when coming home, so I can confidently say it can hold at most 100 pounds of things In the large luggage! The spinning wheels are a godsend and super easy to maneuver. excellent buy!

Bought one blue and one grey. The blue arrived without the luggage tag and the zipper on the outer side sticks sometimes. Otherwise, we are looking forward to using these on our next several trips. They look roomy and sturdy enough. Great price for all that is included.

Meets all my expectations, easy to roll, perfect dimensions, the easy slide zippers. I am shocked at how durable and dependable this product is. I used it for our first trip to the Caribbean last month and it proved to be very durable during our multiple flights .

Received the unit I bought online as I wanted my choice of colors rather than purchase it at the warehouse. Looked nice, but upon looking at it, is appeared small so I measured it against the specs shown online. Measuring it exactly as the dimensions in the image online (and on the outside of the box) I found it to be smaller in height and in width. Would have really liked to have kept it but that little extra room is something I needed. Sam's need to address this with its vendor. I showed it to the Store Manager at my local Sam's Club as well.

I purchased this one and the regular Member's Mark Hardside Carry-on Spinner Suitcase (the one that is not Pro and does not have that front pocket). I ended up using the other one due to the amount of space on the inside. Don't get me wrong - they are both the same dimensions. This one has less "bulk" storage inside due to the space needed for items stored in the front pocket. This would be GREAT for someone who needs to have quick access to their laptop on layovers, or is perhaps using this as their laptop bag while on a trip. For me, I needed a carry-on to store all of my clothes and necessities for the week. The other carry-on worked better for me due to the amount of storage inside. Still 5 star, as this one is great for trips where I do not need the carry-on to store all of my clothes :)
