Looks ok on initial inspection- like the blue color.  No paperwork included-how do you set the 3 digit lock?

How set lock?

The features of this carry on are similar to a popular brand that costs 3x as much. The only difference I could find is this bag is 2 lbs heavier.

Value, style and functionality

Great rolling luggage, sturdy zippers, smooth wheels, nice feature having built in lock, durable hard shell, convenient front pocket access to have to unzipping front pocket without opening the whole suitcase.

Not only was this a great price, but the quality is excellent. The side pocket for electronics is really nice. The pockets and securing straps on the inside are very helpful.

Great price & quality

We were flying out west and had several connecting flights.  This was the perfect carryon when you went from one plane to the connecting flight.

Exactly what I wanted

That's what my daughter is looking for. She loves it's nice color, material and smart design. Hope it will last for a long time.

The price is good

I bought this last month and used it for the first time last week for a trip to NY. Good size for short travels but the zipper for the outside compartment  is not of a good quality.  When it came out of the carousel,  I first recognized the luggage not for its tag or color but because the contents of the outside compartment were sticking out. The outside compartment was open with the zipper damaged- the slider came off the teeth.

Not satisfied!

Very pleased with the bag.  I have been through 4 carry-on bags in the last 12 months.  Nothing mechanically wrong with the others just not for me.  This one meets all of my needs.  

The telescoping handle feels much more sturdy than my other spinners.  I use a backpack with a trolly strap and require a sturdy handle.
Wheels feel very capable and sturdy
Hard-side bag (i've found the fabric/soft ones dont work out for me the way i want)
I love the front pocket for laptop and accessories (i'll get some good use out of that)
It appears you sacrifice a small amount of interior packing space to accommodate the front pocket but i think this bag will work out great.  5 stars at first unpacking.   

The pictures really don't do this bag justice and i was looking for an unboxing video on youtube.
