Bluey Half Sheet Cake

The cake tasted amazing but the lid wasn't on all the way and half of the cake dumped in my car.

Packaging not sufficient

The cake was really googand my grandson loved it

Not how picture looked or description

Cake was complete on time, no spelling errors, decoration was done well. The cake was moist and the icing was tasty. Cake was kept cold in the cooler so be aware of that if you need to serve immediately. Pickup went smoothly.

Nice cake, great price

They forgot to put the bluey figures on the cake. It was for a birthday party. Luckily we caught it. I LOVE Sams cakes. We always get them from Sams. It seemed a little dry. Partly was a success though.

Must have been busy.

The cake was delicious but however it wasn’t what I ordered they call me at the last minute telling me they didn’t have the kit and they charge  me twice for the cake I hate the online way

Bluey sheet cake

Cake was not put together when we picked it up. We were given all the toppings in a ziploc bag, including the printed sheet. The sheet also wasn’t big enough to cover the whole cake, and the text on the print was over the balloons, not even in the top yellow part. Super disappointing, I do not recommend ordering this cake.

Disappointing

Ordered this cake days in advance of pickup day of July 3rd for a 4th of July birthday.  Arrived around 1pm on July 3rd to pick up.  The printed yellow sheet on top of the cake was not smoothed out AT-ALL…looked like it had varicose veins running throughout it. Then whoever wrote “Happy Birthday Donna” chose to write overtop the orange balloons on the bottom edge instead of in the center of the huge yellow background- it was VERY difficult to make out what it said because of the orange balloons AND the yellow contrast.  
We have been buying cakes here for almost all of our events in the last 4 years; this was a complete embarrassment. I showed it to one of the staff, pointing out these issues, but she didn’t even offer to TRY to fix the issues.  With the birthday the next day, I didn’t have time to go to customer support desk to complain a second time…complaining to the bakery person should have be sufficient.  
Extremely disappointed!

HORRIBLE decorating/icing job - EMBARRASSING!

Very fresh soft chocolate cake. Icing was just right amount and not overly sweet. Very happy for eaten quick.
