Cake was complete on time, no spelling errors, decoration was done well. The cake was moist and the icing was tasty. Cake was kept cold in the cooler so be aware of that if you need to serve immediately. Pickup went smoothly.

The cake was delicious and my 2yr old loved the Bluey figures for the top of the cake, included with the order. Just note that the words are printed on the background image. It really made the cake look cheap, not to mention there was a giant wrinkle right down the center of the cake.

The topping was like a paper frosting. Also they didn’t do the color I requested. The little toys were cute and the cake tasted good though. But that weird frosting wasn’t enjoyable at all.

I ordered and paid for the is Bluey Cake for a Bluey Themed Party. When I went to pick it up, it didn't have any Bluey Characters on it. I told the lady she forgot to put them on it. She said they didn't have any left to put on it. This was the night before the party. I had to scramble and find bluey characters to put on it. A heads up would have been nice.

I ordered this bluey cake. I called to ask if this cake's icing can be whipped instead of buttercream. They said that this cake only came in buttercream, BUT during the phone call, the team member checked with cake decorator and they confirm that they can make the cake using whipped cream topping. One week later, picked up the cake, took it home and tasted the icing, it was buttercream. Smh. Even after confirming that it can be done in whipped, Sam's team made cake using buttercream. Lesson learned, never buying themed cake from them again. Why waste my time to make the purchase, call them, pick up the cake and give them my hard earn money on something that they can't even do right? Should have just told me, no they can't do it, I could have looked elsewhere. Very disappointed in Sam's cake team members for lying to me.

They seem to have trouble decorating this bluey cake. The yellow graphic is supposed to be in the middle of the cake with the blue icing trimming the yellow. Instead it's off centered and the blue icing is trimming the white. Looks pretty bad. Huge seam in the middle of the cake too. Also, they used a weird font instead doing frosting for the message again, over to the side and not in the middle of the cake?

Ordered this cake days in advance of pickup day of July 3rd for a 4th of July birthday. Arrived around 1pm on July 3rd to pick up. The printed yellow sheet on top of the cake was not smoothed out AT-ALL…looked like it had varicose veins running throughout it. Then whoever wrote “Happy Birthday Donna” chose to write overtop the orange balloons on the bottom edge instead of in the center of the huge yellow background- it was VERY difficult to make out what it said because of the orange balloons AND the yellow contrast. We have been buying cakes here for almost all of our events in the last 4 years; this was a complete embarrassment. I showed it to one of the staff, pointing out these issues, but she didn’t even offer to TRY to fix the issues. With the birthday the next day, I didn’t have time to go to customer support desk to complain a second time…complaining to the bakery person should have be sufficient. Extremely disappointed!

Very disappointed. Not only was all of the text "Happy Birthday Charlotte" completely spaced out all over the cake and uncentered, but they SPELT HER NAME WRONG! (I went back and confirmed I entered it correctly on my order form). My elderly father had picked it up for me, and didn't think to check it, so by the time I got home it was after 8pm and they were closed. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The flavor of the cake was good but the decoration was awful. The yellow frosting was not there and the writing was thick and not legible.

They literally wrote happy birthday over the ballon print on the cake not to mention a seam down the middle of the cake
