Very fresh soft chocolate cake. Icing was just right amount and not overly sweet. Very happy for eaten quick.

Average sinhle layer cake. A good value for a large crowd. My only negative: the edible paper over the cake made it a pain to cut slices into cake. And I used my Cutco server to slice up the cake

The topping was like a paper frosting. Also they didn’t do the color I requested. The little toys were cute and the cake tasted good though. But that weird frosting wasn’t enjoyable at all.

I feel like the pieces that go on the top of the cake could’ve been a better quality and also bigger for the size of the cake

The cake was delicious and my 2yr old loved the Bluey figures for the top of the cake, included with the order. Just note that the words are printed on the background image. It really made the cake look cheap, not to mention there was a giant wrinkle right down the center of the cake.

I ordered and paid for the is Bluey Cake for a Bluey Themed Party. When I went to pick it up, it didn't have any Bluey Characters on it. I told the lady she forgot to put them on it. She said they didn't have any left to put on it. This was the night before the party. I had to scramble and find bluey characters to put on it. A heads up would have been nice.

Ordered this cake days in advance of pickup day of July 3rd for a 4th of July birthday. Arrived around 1pm on July 3rd to pick up. The printed yellow sheet on top of the cake was not smoothed out AT-ALL…looked like it had varicose veins running throughout it. Then whoever wrote “Happy Birthday Donna” chose to write overtop the orange balloons on the bottom edge instead of in the center of the huge yellow background- it was VERY difficult to make out what it said because of the orange balloons AND the yellow contrast. We have been buying cakes here for almost all of our events in the last 4 years; this was a complete embarrassment. I showed it to one of the staff, pointing out these issues, but she didn’t even offer to TRY to fix the issues. With the birthday the next day, I didn’t have time to go to customer support desk to complain a second time…complaining to the bakery person should have be sufficient. Extremely disappointed!

Had to throw the cake away. It was hard, stale and dense as if it was old. The writing was also only the right side of the cake and not in the center. Ruined my daughter’s birthday cake so I had to run and grab something else short notice.

Very disappointed. Not only was all of the text "Happy Birthday Charlotte" completely spaced out all over the cake and uncentered, but they SPELT HER NAME WRONG! (I went back and confirmed I entered it correctly on my order form). My elderly father had picked it up for me, and didn't think to check it, so by the time I got home it was after 8pm and they were closed. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Cake was awful nothing about it said bluey I left the cake and was still charged
