I bought this Pergola approximately a month ago and last weekend assembled and put it up in a day and a half with a little bit of help when standing upright. Well made and easy to follow directions with assembly! Looks great and is a great addition to our backyard!

My husband was able to assemble on his own. It looks beautiful! One bolt missing and customer service kindly and quickly sent us the missing piece!

After a lot of research I decided to purchase the Sarasota. Everything else appeared to be mainly aluminum, i heard steel was better a the quality shows. I didn’t want to deal with staining wood or maintenance either. You won’t be disappointed, assembly is at a great price too, a big reason why I went with BYD!

So happy invested in the Sarasota Took two of us do, just follow the instructions take your time. We enjoy the space that literally transforms our hot sun beaten area to a comfortable outdoor living environment. Game Changer for us I would totally recommend.

Delivered May 12 all parts included and no damage. 4 heavy duty boxes. Took 2 of us a total of 22 hours. Got the beams up first day and finished the rest the next day. We took our time and used the manual as well as the BLIT app. The directions are very good. I attached to my deck and used a couple of 2 by 10 between and attached to my jost. Then used 5 inch 3/8 bolts to fasten it. It's not going to go anywhere. Really love how everything turned out and this is one solid structure, well built and produced. From start to finish it's a 10. Now looking forward to using it and having a few friends over for food and drinks. If you're looking for the perfect Pergola this is it, don't hesitate.

Our family purchased this 14x10 after deciding the louvered feature would be perfect for the inconsistent weather Oregon can provide. Already we have seen it work wonders in diverting rain when closed and keeping my kids happy and dry while they do school work. Installation was easy enough and all items were in great condition. We just got our BYD pergola set up and it is absolutely perfect!!! We love it so much! The assembly took about 10 hours for two people. And its features of opening and closing are fantastic! We love having a nice place to enjoy dinner as a family outside!! And it offers a great amount of shade, which will be especially nice this summer!!!
