We tried to install the sound bar and could not get it to work. Called VIZIO SUPPORT I was on the phone with their support for over 2 hours following all their instructions. They could not get it to work either and told me to return it. Very disappointed they could not get it to work. There was also a comment by them the serial number was wrong I read it twice to the man he talked to a supervisor and then asked for the model %23 which was a good number they could use.

This soundbar is just what I needed. The integrated subwoofer provides just the right amount of bass to fill the scenes and the sound is quite full and not tinny like other soundbars at this price range. Very happy with the purchase. I even like that I can tweak the sound to my liking using the Vizio app.

The quality of the soundbar is just not up to par with vizios I have had in the past. When I play music is sounds terrible, watching a movie it sounds terrible. I am not happy with this purchase, and wish I could return but I threw the box away, and can't. Do not recommend this product.

The 2.1 All-in-One Soundbar, which also features bluetooth connection (which is why I bought it), does NOT automatically connect to the tv when you turn the TV on. There is nothing in or on the package or instructions that advises you of this before purchasing. The power button does nothing despite doing every recommendation Vizio offers to correct this. It's now a chore to use it. Why this can't be corrected via a software download in this era is puzzling. Besides that, the sound quality is what I expected, which is good. If it did, I would give it 5 stars.

i absolutely love this soundbar! i have it setup in my backyard with my new vizio tv. i originally bought because i thought it was compatible to the connection of the bottom of the tv but it wasn’t. nevertheless it meets my needs to entertain guests and have my music playing . vizio has the remote via bluetooth on your phone. setup isn’t easy but once you get through the process it’s all good from there
