[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new speaker soundbar and my TV sounds better. It didn't take long at all for my son to set it up for me. It was the perfect gift and I am happy with it :)

Audio was terrible. Spent four months trying to toggle settings before we gave up. Too late to return, unfortunately. At least the TV itself has decent sound.

Easy to install with Vizio tv and using Vizio app. It did not sound good at the factory settings, so I used the app to adjust it and got it sounding very clear with some bass added in.

After 3 1/2 hours on the phone with Vizio techs over 2 days they could not get it to work with my Vizio TV. Brought it back for a refund. Waste of my time.

This soundbar worked great for two days then the issues started with the volume control not working with the tv remote(soundbar doesn't have a remote). Then the tv would turn on and the soundbar would take 5-10 minutes to turn on

We tried to install the sound bar and could not get it to work. Called VIZIO SUPPORT I was on the phone with their support for over 2 hours following all their instructions. They could not get it to work either and told me to return it. Very disappointed they could not get it to work. There was also a comment by them the serial number was wrong I read it twice to the man he talked to a supervisor and then asked for the model %23 which was a good number they could use.

The 2.1 All-in-One Soundbar, which also features bluetooth connection (which is why I bought it), does NOT automatically connect to the tv when you turn the TV on. There is nothing in or on the package or instructions that advises you of this before purchasing. The power button does nothing despite doing every recommendation Vizio offers to correct this. It's now a chore to use it. Why this can't be corrected via a software download in this era is puzzling. Besides that, the sound quality is what I expected, which is good. If it did, I would give it 5 stars.

The quality of the soundbar is just not up to par with vizios I have had in the past. When I play music is sounds terrible, watching a movie it sounds terrible. I am not happy with this purchase, and wish I could return but I threw the box away, and can't. Do not recommend this product.

I don’t mean to disrespect Vizio products, but this soundbar is quite substandard. I have two main complaints: first, the overall sound quality is very one-dimensional, lacking any depth. Additionally, there is an overwhelming amount of treble that sometimes borders on being squeaky. In fact, my Samsung 55-inch TV's built-in speakers produce a better overall sound than this soundbar. My second complaint is that it often disconnects, even when it is directly connected. I find myself having to access the source and hope that it reconnects, which is quite frustrating. If you are considering an economical solution for a soundbar, I recommend investing in a more dynamic piece of equipment instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, for most of my TV stations this soundbar works just fine, but my OTA channels just don't put out sound and in fact my TV speakers have more volume than this and I dread calling Vizio to maybe remedy this problem.
