After reading several review, it seems that a dent is a standard feature. Just got mine and my dent appears to be superficial and in the back of the freezer. Haven't plugged it in yet. Not sure if it was tipped at all during shipping so I'm waiting 24 hours to plug it in.

convenient

had it for over a month o #2 setting because we notice it we didn't need it any higher. the higher the number the higher the power bill. we keep monitoring it to see if anything happens but you can keep it in the low setting with no problem its a freezer so it only freezes. very handy for my wife

worst freezer on the market

Purchased this on Friday! Left it sitting there for a few hours. Plugged it in on Friday night before bed, it Sunday and the juice we put it in there on Friday is still liquid. No ice in site. None of the meat we put in there on Saturday is frozen. Very Disappointing!! Returning it!
