Don't have it shipped to you. Go pick it up.

Came damaged with a huge dent on the top. They used FedEx so you know they don't care if it makes it to you in one piece. I watched the delivery guy throw the thing. I am pretty sure the condenser doesn't work, as it has yet to kick on after hours of being plugged in. So now tomorrow I will have to go and drive to Sam's club with this junk in my car, just to swap it because there isn't another model for similar price. After this experience the review is staying a one even if the next one works well.

Wouldn't buy again

Wouldn't buy this item again as it was damaged upon receiving the item. I pulled the box up and it was already opened by someone else and returned. It ALSO HAS A BUNCH OF DENTS AND SCRAPES and the Sam's club associate was very unhelpful and rude( douglasville store).

Fantastic Freezer!

Purchased a freezer of the same size back on the 2nd of May from another company to be delivered. When we ordered, there was already a delay in delivery until the end of June (we looked everywhere for DAYS online and in stores; every place was out until June/July!). The company kept pushing the delivery date out by a few days to a week at a time... never communicated that with me; I always had to call on my "delivery date" to see if it had arrived yet. Finally around the beginning of August, I'd had enough; canceled to order and got a refund (which wad like pulling teeth, btw). The day I canceled I just happened to (so very luckily) come across this freezer that was available for pickup at our local store. It also happened to be the last one. The best part - it was $100 cheaper than the one I'd originally ordered! We definitely hit the jackpot with this freezer. It's super roomy, but not too huge, and SUPER quiet. We've had it in use for about 2.5 weeks and it is absolutely perfect. If you can score this freezer - do it. You won't regret it!

convenient

had it for over a month o #2 setting because we notice it we didn't need it any higher. the higher the number the higher the power bill. we keep monitoring it to see if anything happens but you can keep it in the low setting with no problem its a freezer so it only freezes. very handy for my wife
