Stopped working out of nowhere

This freezer barely made it 1 year! Just long enough for the warranty to run out. Then it just stopped working. Ruined a whole freezer full of food! I will never buy this brand again and will warn anyone else against it!

Horrible Experience

I bought the freezer two years ago. I put lots of expensive food such as seafood, beef steaks, pork ribs and others there. There is no light indicating the working condition. The freezer broken suddenly. I didn't know until the smell was so stink.

Doesn't work

Purchased 2/1/23, came home the next day from work with it barely cold & the food we put in it thawed. Had to throw a couple hundred dollars worth of food in the trash

Freezer was bought in mid Dec 2021 and as of this morning freezer is not freezing. Light is on but all my food had defrosted melted. Very disappointed.

cheap freezer

Broke already after 1 year. In process of make a claim through weak warranty. Also, when it did work, I would not freeze the top half of freezer. DO NOT BUY!!! I had a feeling this wouldn't last long.

Damaged but works

Unfortunately the freezer was majorly dented at the bottom near the control panel and top seal sits crooked. But since it was so large and bulky I did not return it. It seems to work fine though.

Quit after 4 months

This freezer stopped working after about 4 months. The compressor ran non-stop. We had this inside and it was not on the lowest cooling setting. I have no idea what caused it to fail so quickly. Also the run light never worked.
