I live my freezer my refrigerator it's not that big and the freezer part is not that big so this comes in handy I can store extra meats and vegetables

I bought the freezer two years ago. I put lots of expensive food such as seafood, beef steaks, pork ribs and others there. There is no light indicating the working condition. The freezer broken suddenly. I didn't know until the smell was so stink.

I have now purchased and exchanged freezer as it would not get cold. The second one is having the same problem. My freezer is in the basement and has never been placed on its side. The same issue with 2 freezers does not sound normal.

Great price for the size. But like another reviewer mentioned this freezer stopped cooling. Faulty compressor. For the cost to fix you may as well buy a new freezer. The loss is double when you add up how much lost in the value of the food.

I purchased this freezer Jan 2018 it when ou Dec 2018. The power and compressor light was on. I loss over $600.00 of meat crab meat shrimps, crabs,ribeye streaks back back ribs etc.

I am disappointed that rhe priducr came dented and damaged. We are currently makibg sure that it works properly since the corner and the bottom plate by the compressor is bent in. I need to contact customer service.

Broke already after 1 year. In process of make a claim through weak warranty. Also, when it did work, I would not freeze the top half of freezer. DO NOT BUY!!! I had a feeling this wouldn't last long.

died after 1 year of use, just after warranty expired. tons of food wasted, including our wedding cake we were saving for a special occasion. thanks sams for selling low quality.

Would have liked more if it didnt arrive damaged
