Product showed up damaged- huge pain to get a replacement and return damaged. Within the two weeks of waiting on replacement the larger freezer went on sale even cheaper than this one.

Great price for the size. But like another reviewer mentioned this freezer stopped cooling. Faulty compressor. For the cost to fix you may as well buy a new freezer. The loss is double when you add up how much lost in the value of the food.

I have now purchased and exchanged freezer as it would not get cold. The second one is having the same problem. My freezer is in the basement and has never been placed on its side. The same issue with 2 freezers does not sound normal.

Bought and didn't have it two weeks and started leaking freon all over floor and food started going bad. Also very loud but Sams club was very responsive with correcting the issue . Might of been the way fed x handles it. I'm not sure

I bought this 2days ago and when I just checked the freezer out it never worked so I had to throw out all my food, don't waste your money or time with this piece of junk.

I am disappointed that rhe priducr came dented and damaged. We are currently makibg sure that it works properly since the corner and the bottom plate by the compressor is bent in. I need to contact customer service.

I've had this freezer a little of 2 years and it has stopped working. All of my food has to be thrown away. Highly disappointed and do not recommend

I purchased this freezer Jan 2018 it when ou Dec 2018. The power and compressor light was on. I loss over $600.00 of meat crab meat shrimps, crabs,ribeye streaks back back ribs etc.

died after 1 year of use, just after warranty expired. tons of food wasted, including our wedding cake we were saving for a special occasion. thanks sams for selling low quality.

I bought this about two years ago and bought warranty it works fine at first but then just died I lost more than $300 in food and when I called the warranty they said that they can't do anything about it .
