This freezer barely made it 1 year! Just long enough for the warranty to run out. Then it just stopped working. Ruined a whole freezer full of food! I will never buy this brand again and will warn anyone else against it!

I bought this about two years ago and bought warranty it works fine at first but then just died I lost more than $300 in food and when I called the warranty they said that they can't do anything about it .

I bought this 2days ago and when I just checked the freezer out it never worked so I had to throw out all my food, don't waste your money or time with this piece of junk.

Freezer was bought in mid Dec 2021 and as of this morning freezer is not freezing. Light is on but all my food had defrosted melted. Very disappointed.

Product showed up damaged- huge pain to get a replacement and return damaged. Within the two weeks of waiting on replacement the larger freezer went on sale even cheaper than this one.

Bought and didn't have it two weeks and started leaking freon all over floor and food started going bad. Also very loud but Sams club was very responsive with correcting the issue . Might of been the way fed x handles it. I'm not sure

died after 1 year of use, just after warranty expired. tons of food wasted, including our wedding cake we were saving for a special occasion. thanks sams for selling low quality.

Broke already after 1 year. In process of make a claim through weak warranty. Also, when it did work, I would not freeze the top half of freezer. DO NOT BUY!!! I had a feeling this wouldn't last long.

This freezer stopped working after about 4 months. The compressor ran non-stop. We had this inside and it was not on the lowest cooling setting. I have no idea what caused it to fail so quickly. Also the run light never worked.

Stopped cooling after 6 months and started making water gurling sound. So painful to get warranty. Takes like 2 month for full process by Curtis international provider of this brand. Sams have no clue where to apply for its warranty
