I bought this a couple of weeks ago on sale. When the freezer arrived and we got it unpacked, we found the the front right corner was completely caved in. The freezer made a rattling sound and was missing the plug for the bottom. Very disappointed and now I have to find a way to return it to a club which is almost 2 hours away.

I read reviews before purchasing and decided to make the purchase. It is not that heavy in regard to moving it and I've had it for about a month and I'm very pleased with it. It didn't freeze right away but I allowed a little time and then out a bottle of water in alone and waited to see if it froze before I put food in. It is working great now. Good price and the perfect size for me. I have it in my garage and haven't had any issues .

Thus far the Thomson Chest Freezer is working good. Hopefully, it will last beyond 3 year. I got the 3 year warranty. The only thing regarding care instructions. It advised to use petroleum around the rubber edges. However, I have never heard of this brand before. Thus I am unable to give anymore input.

It make a gurgling noise. When I read the information in the purchase packet it said this noise is to be expected! Wish I would have known. My dog barked at it all day when I first got it. But it was one of the cheapest ones I've seen on the market so, I guess you get what you pay for! Works great so far though.

My side by side refrigerator was stuffed to the point that if you had to put anything in you pushed and shut the door really fast before anything fell out. I finally convinced my husband to get a little freezer (for the two of us) and of course everyone else had the same idea so there were no freezers to be found. I finally saw that Sam's had them in stock so I immediately bought one. I can see that I'm going to have to figure out an organization plan and maybe start a list of things in the freezer because it's a chest freezer and things have to be stacked on top of other things. Fortunately, this is a small freezer so it shouldn't be too hard to find things. I like the basket ant the shelf for smaller items. This is the perfect size for two people, and so far no issues.

My freezer arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I live in an apartment and it fit in the space I had chosen and is just the right size for my needs. I highly recommend this little freezer and am very happy with the transaction and Sam's quick response. 5 Stars!

The freezer seems to work well enough, but I had two large dents in the freezer, the box was not damaged at all. I could never reach anyone at samsclub online. Just disappointed I would recommend only if you go in the Cub and purchase vs the website.

I needed a small freezer just for our annual harvest of berries. This has a tight suction seal and freezes fast and well. Power cord is standard and about 8 feet...so place it near a dedicated outlet. If I get another one, I will buy this one again. Recommended.

Perfect size for our 2 bedroom apartment! The delivery was earlier than expected and in one piece. Delivery driver left shipment in building hallway, and it was light enough for my husband to carry by himself to our 3fl unit. I know some reviews stated that theirs had dents and do not work. Mines works perfectly fine and has freed up a lot of space in our refrigerator freezer. I would definitely recommend getting this item.

Great little freezer. Arrived as pictured and as expected. Just set it up and started using a few days ago. Seems to work good so far. Bought it on Black Friday for $99 + free shipping. Note: The bottom right side inside freezer is not usable space and is a hump about 8 inches high or so. Still works for our meats and other frozen entrees we keep in there. Definitely worth what I paid.
