I bought this freezer online and had it shipped to my home. The freezer works great and I loved the online price. I do think it should be packed with something that will keep the outside case from having dings in it when it arrives. They look unsightly on a new product and prove that bubblewrap on the outside is no substitute for cardboard on the inside.

Took longer to arrive than expected (about a week to leave the SamsClub warehouse). Easy to unpack and install. Works well so far (2 weeks). Basket and shelf make it easy to get to a few things quickly, and rest of storage is for less frequently needed items.

This is the perfect size freezer for my house. I've been searching everywhere and came across this one at Sam's. The price was right for me. I have a Toyota Sequoia and it was able to fit in the trunk with no problem. The freezer is the right weight and was easy to carry in the house. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

It make a gurgling noise. When I read the information in the purchase packet it said this noise is to be expected! Wish I would have known. My dog barked at it all day when I first got it. But it was one of the cheapest ones I've seen on the market so, I guess you get what you pay for! Works great so far though.

This is a fairly compact freezer, perfect size for my 2 person household. It has a little basket to store smaller items, and has kept everything at the perfect temp without freezer burn so far. This was the best price & shipping speed i could find, including comparing with another warehouse store. I was looking at the standup freezers but the price is so much higher. This one is a similar size and small enough that i can keep everything organized.

We bought this freezer because there are things that just don't fit in the available space in my side by side refrigerator/freezer. This smaller chest freezer provides just the right amount of extra space for those bulk items from Sam's like the large bags of chicken nuggets, or extra bread or "crock-pot freezer meals."

Purchased this freezer to supplement the freezer space of our refrigerator. It serves that purpose very well. Would have preferred a self defrosting unit which does not seem to be available in this size freezer. The free shipping for Plus members was an extra benefit.

I had been looking for a freezer for a couple of months. I was considering another when i found this on on the Sam's Club website. I'm glad I went this way because my neighbor bought the one I was previously considering and has had to send their freezer back twice now.

Hello we purchased this freezer to consolidate and get rid of the older chest freezer. We love love this freezer. Not so much the shipping processing the FedEx delivery Personnel just dropped it off at the front door and left. My mom is elderly and cannot physically lift a chest freezer. Otherwise, this freezer is an excellent purchase and addition for any residence.

Great little freezer. Arrived as pictured and as expected. Just set it up and started using a few days ago. Seems to work good so far. Bought it on Black Friday for $99 + free shipping. Note: The bottom right side inside freezer is not usable space and is a hump about 8 inches high or so. Still works for our meats and other frozen entrees we keep in there. Definitely worth what I paid.
