I waited patiently for this to go on sale again after missing out on buying it during 2017 black Friday. even at an additional $20 above the BF sale price, it was still a good buy. the first delivery made was just brought into the house and left-box and all. when I opened it, the freezer had significant damage. I called and received immediate response and resolution. however, I had to repackage it myself (NOT A FUN THING TO DO). I expected to have another waiting period of a couple weeks for the replacement, but it arrived in only 3 days! that was a shock and greatly appreciated. this time it was as good as new (LOL) and anyone looking at it would know it was. there's a temp control button on the front at the bottom, it stays lit when the freezer temp is adjusting and goes off when the freezer temperature has been met. that helps me insure it's not running constantly. i'm very happy with the purchase, just wish i hadn't procrastinated during BF!

This is the perfect size freezer for my house. I've been searching everywhere and came across this one at Sam's. The price was right for me. I have a Toyota Sequoia and it was able to fit in the trunk with no problem. The freezer is the right weight and was easy to carry in the house. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

We bought this freezer as a gift for someone who has a small house. The product description implies that it can be placed in the garage, and some reviewers stated that they did. Upon reading the directions after it was purchased, it is not to be placed in the garage after all. This is disappointing because that is part of the reason why it was bought. It's a nice freezer, works fine, and my friend found a spot in the house, but I wish I would have read all the reviews and that the Sam's Club description was more clear.

We bought this freezer because there are things that just don't fit in the available space in my side by side refrigerator/freezer. This smaller chest freezer provides just the right amount of extra space for those bulk items from Sam's like the large bags of chicken nuggets, or extra bread or "crock-pot freezer meals."

I bought it for my "overflow". I like to grow and freeze my own tomatoes and some veggies, buy meat and poultry on sale and freeze. My refrigerator freezer was not quite enough. This 5.0 cubic ft freezer is perfect and sits in the corner of my lanai.

I bought this unit at Sam's a month ago and I could not have survived the holidays without! My last freezer broke during the summer and I decided not to replace. When the holidays rolled in, I needed a freezer to store cookies and holiday treats. Ordered on line and picked up the next day. Easy to break down packaging and put in place. Hopefully it lasts as long as my previous freezer.

I have had the freezer a few weeks, down sized. It is space saving and with a bit of experimenting have figured where the set freezer number should be. It is quite and really is worth the value. I had it delivered and there was no issue with the devise being damaged

Great little freezer. Perfect size, well made, stays cold. We have this in our garage, and even with unseasonably hot and cold temps, this freezer has performed like a champ! Purchased to handle overflow from our side-by-side fridge, as well as items we need to freeze long term. This freezer fits the bill for both.
