My first gluten free frozen meatball purchase.Love them! Not very much seasoning but I threw our favorite pasta sauces in the crockpot and everyone enjoyed them! Texture is kind of like what I remember Salisbury steak from banquet was like. There were a few pieces of maybe grizzle that were hard but I chalked it up to cheap meat. Super easy to make and decent price for what you get. They were what I would consider medium size meatballs. I will buy again!!!

I bought these this week to have XMAS EVE DINNER they are awful. I’m so glad I tried to brown them instead of just adding to my sauce. I would have had to throw the sauce away too. I really like these. If you can fit these into your macros, these are a great keto option with sugar free bbq sauce, Rao's marinara, alfredo sauce or whatever you choose to pair with them. I throw them in my Ninja Foodi at 400 degrees for 8 minutes and they come out perfect. Also, the price for the amount you get is great. I'll be buying more

I can't tell you the number of times that I have "passed by" the frozen meatballs over the years (We have a Celiac in the household). This past weekend the new blue bag caught my eye and then I saw "GLUTEN FREE" on the bag and they went into the cart. I baked them in the oven as directed. The outside and inside had an exceptional texture and true Italian flavor. Since I never bought them in the past, I'm not sure if the old bag had a zip-lock type feature. But, the resealable version let me just prepare just 6 at a time and put the rest back into my freezer. I'm also going to try a test run in a Crock Pot with our family's favorite GF BBQ sauce. Thumbs up.
