Tasty but very greasy

Very high fat content, 40%! Lots of white fat in bottom of crockpot after serving at a party. Won't buy again.

Members Mark Italian Style Meatballs

I normally don't buy frozen meatballs but I had an opportunity and they were really good. I will be purchasing them again.

great meatballs

These meatballs are excellent for dinner or snack. Love the ease of heating any way you like and fast. As good as my homemade.

Chipped tooth on Bone

Found bone in not one but two meatballs and mybson chipped his tooth on it. I really wanted to like these, but, never again.

Thank you for your recent purchase of our Member's Mark Italian Style Beef Meatballs. Your feedback is very important to us. We apologize that you experienced this issue with our meatballs. Real meat products are inherent to the possibility of bone. We purchase only deboned meat from certified meat suppliers. On occasion, a bone fragment will get by during the de-boning process. The actual bone fragmenting occurs at the raw meat processing plants during the separation of the various cuts of meat and not at our facility. We will continue to evaluate the latest technology that may be employed to eliminate bones in our meatballs. Our Operations and Quality Assurance associates will monitor this issue closely with our Production associates. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team at 1-800-356-7094 if you have any more concerns.

Product good, bag is questionable

I’ve been buying for a couple years and my wife likes them very much. My problem is the so called “resealable bag”! Can someone advise this dummy how it works?

reply from Rich Products

Thank you for contacting us regarding your experience with our resealable bags. We apologize that you are displeased with these bags. The strip should be glued to both sides of the bag. The bag does need to be opened carefully to ensure one of the sides does not come undone. We appreciate your feedback and will be passing it along to our packaging team for further review.

This has trans fat and the US has banned products with it since 2020. The exception was products already having it can still be sold until they are gone. So was this packaged pre-2020 and still being sold in 2024? No thanks.

Thank you for your recent purchase of Member's Mark Italian Style Beef Meatballs.

Trans fatty acids do occur naturally in animal products such as meat and milk ingredients like cheese, cream, butter, etc. Trans fats also form in small amounts during the refining process of non-hydrogenated cooking oils and fats. No fat and oil product that has undergone a refining process is devoid of some amount of trans fats.
As a result of these two types of ingredients, you can find values of 0.5g trans fat or greater per serving in food products containing meats, milk-based ingredients and oils.
If you have any further questions regarding trans fats, please contact the Customer & Product Insights Team at helpline@rich.com

finding bones in ours

Not sure why we’re getting bone in our meatballs. They’re tiny and hard as a rock
