To be completely honest when I walked into the mattress store and saw the prices of these mattresses I was ready to walk out and get something more affordable. I purchased a brand new mattress about 3 years prior and since the day I bought it I've woken up in pain everyday and I didn't want to go through that again with a mattress that was more than 3 times the price I paid for my current mattress. After speaking with the sales person about return options and warranties I finally took a crowbar to my purse and bought the mattress. Let me tell you, this is the best mattress I've ever slept on. I wake up every morning and feel great. No more pain or numbness. No more getting massages because my back and shoulders are killing me. This mattress has changed my quality of life so much that if I knew then how great I would feel each day by changing the mattress I sleep on, I wouldn't have thought twice about the cost. You spend probably about a third of your life in you bed, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and get a quality mattress because it really makes a huge difference.

The light really is an asset when getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The white glove experience on delivery was above my expectations and they followed all safe guidelines surrounding covid. We even got a follow up call from a supervisor to question the delivery. A++

My wife and I were long overdue for a new mattress and as soon as we laid on a Tempur-Pedic we knew it was the one for us. The mattress checked all the boxes for us and in my opinion is dollar for dollar the best value on the market. It is comfortable, cooling, supportive and we both have experienced the best sleep in as long as we can remember. My wife is sleeping through the night which used to be the exception and she reports am no longer snoring or tossing and turning throughout the night. Without hesitation I recommend Tempur-Pedic products to anyone even thinking about a new mattress. The money spent is an investment in your own wellness and in that regard, this is a bargain!

My wife and I have never had a tempur-pedic before, so although we wanted the upgrade, we were suspicious of the hype, especially about the reduction of body aches. Prior to this purchase, I had been waking up with stiffness & aches in my lower back and hip areas for some time. After the first night on our new mattress, I awoke the next morning - and every morning for the past 2+ weeks - totally free of aches & stiffness! We both have had more restful and deeper sleep, as well. The comfort level is better than we both thought possible. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent king-size mattress for me and my husband. Delivered perfectly on time and we bought 4 king size cooling pillows as well. I had TempurPedic in the past and it lasted well over 12 years. This technology is much improved than the previous one. Just the right bits of everything for us. I'm sleeping better, less snoring and less back pain than before. I've been able to lower the dosage of some mild muscle relaxants for my back as a result. I would highly recommend!!

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. After 25 years on our old Tempurpedic we decided our old bodies needed a new mattress. The Tempurpedic ProAdapt medium hybrid was sooo comfortable and made our backs feel great. What a fantastic mattress. Thank you Tempurpedic for improving your mattresses!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been complaining of upper back and neck problems for more than 26 years and all that went away ever since I bough my Tempur-Pro Adapt Soft Mattress on May 27, 2019. I believe that owning a Tempur-Pedic mattress and pillow that is the right one for you is the key to achieving a restful night sleep and pain free. I no longer have to go for a biweekly massage that, oftentimes, only causes more neck and back pain. What is so wonderful about my Tempur-ProAdapt mattress is that it contours to the shape of my body. There are times when I do not lay my head on my Tempur-Pedic pillows, and that is absolutely fine too if you ask me. So far, I own two mattress from Tempur-Pedic and I know without a shadow of a doubt that it is going to last me more than 20 years. With care, weekly laundry-washing, and the soft touch of Tempur-Pedic bedsheets and pillow covers, I know for a fact that IT IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF ME! Thank you so much Tempur-Pedic for giving me the FREEDOM to live my life pain-free! You get 5 out of 5 stars from me!

We were happy with the tempur pedic mattress we purchased twenty years ago. We wanted a quality product again; we are enjoying the comfort and supported provided by our new tempur pedic. Unfortunately, the removable cover is slippery and causes our mattress pad to slide and bunch up during the night.

Awesome bed but when delivered left it at very high height; customer service said 'nothing we can do' and tried to do it ourselves but to no avail. Definitely buy the bed but be certain delivery does not leave until you try out all aspects and they will not come out afterwards.
