Our first Tempurpedic mattress was 19 years old, and the "original" memory foam mattress. We started shopping, looking at the "competitors". Then we said, "We know we love our Tempurpedic, so why switch?". After calling Tempurpedic and telling them we wanted the "exact same" support as our first mattress, they pointed us to the Proadapt firm. The first night, I couldn't sleep and thought we had made a bad decision. The second night, to today, sleep is amazing. No waking up sore or achy. My husband and I both have back issues, his are worse. Since we purchased our first Tempurpedic, his back has been so much better. Can't brag on this mattress enough! Beware, it is REALLY FIRM!

We bought this mattress in August 2020 and so far we like it. We like the way it sleeps cool and conforms to help with pressure points. I would have given it a 5 star but it is still new and we are "breaking" it in. I have been told it will get softer in time, and I hope this is true. I don't wake up sore or hurting anywhere, and it gives good support too. I have no complaints and would recommend this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great support for your back overall. Very with the cooling feature, it stays pretty cool throughout the night. The hybrid is a great option for me and my wife, we dont get that sinking feeling as much and its much easier to get in and out of bed.

The product has a gasing affect, that typically should be resolved in the 1st few days of use, but my gasing experience didn't happen until my 6 months of use. The problem was and is so bad that i had to call the fire department to check the air quality. The chemical irritant was there but it didn't register has carbon monoxide by the fire department. After i spoke with the customer service and care line. All they wanted to do was pass the buck by to the seller, ( Ashley's Homestore Furniture) denying that this is possible. After asking for an email address to forward my comments to the customer care agent, refused to give it. So my experience with Tempurpedic Ergo Queen Adjustable Base Product, SUCKS....I will NEVER EVER buy another TEMPURPEDIC product again.....

I expected that it would probably take a few weeks to settle in to a new mattress but was very surprised that it was so comfortable from day one. I have back pain and being able to adjust the mattress position with the Ergo base has helped my back pain tremendously. I am getting a much more restful night of sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid King Mattress for about two weeks now. I also got the Ergo Extend Adjustable Bass. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I finally get a good nights sleep. I also suffer from acid reflux and often wake up during the middle of the night with it. That hasn't happened since I got my new bed. Having the adjustable base has really made a difference. I was worried that the mattress would sleep warm due to the foam, but that hasn't been an issue. The only negative thing I'd have to say is in regards to the base. Not a big issue but the included USB Ports are located underneath the base and aren't super easy to get to. I've seen other bases where they are on the side and that would make more sense to me. Overall I'm very happy. Yes the bed/base is expensive but in my opinion well worth the money. I'm wishing I would have bought it sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to an illness I needed a softer mattress and an adjustable bed frame. I have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the past and always liked the support it gave me. I do love the Pro-Adapt Soft mattress. It was the first time I was able to sink into my bed and feel comfortable since becoming ill. The only thing I don't like about this mattress is that it becomes hot where you lay. I am constantly moving all over the mattress to find a cooler spot all night. If the heat from the mattress wasn't an issue then I would have given a five star rating. More work needs to be done to refine the body heat this mattress holds in.

I am in love with my mattress. It only took one night to get used to it and now I enjoy going to bed again. We had a tempur-pedic mattress for 20 years and it finally began to break down. We purchased another brand because tempur-pedics are so expensive. It was like a nightmare. I began to hate going to bed. We only kept it for under 6 months. Now we are truly sure that tempur-pedic is the mattress for us.

Think back when you could sleep on your stomach?? Well that was over 30 years ago for me. I've dealing with back issues for 15 years and haven't been able to get a good sleep nor feel rested and not sore when I get up. After buying the mattress it took a few days to get used it but now I'm sleeping on my stomach after 30 years and my back pains have gone away. It was a little hard for my wife so I bought a 2" memory foam pad for it and it's amazing for her and I. You won't be disappointed for sure!!!
