I have used this product for years and have found it preferable to garlic salt due to the advisability of limiting our salt intake. Thus I can use lots of garlic and the amount of salt I want without concerne about overdoing the salt.

This granulated garlic is awesome and large enough to last a year in our house, because we love garlic. The garlic flavor is very good and delicious to boot. Try making garlic bread and adding some pepper and grated cheese on top, then broil for a few minutes.

Taste is very good but it’s more of a powder which I don’t like

I love this product because I use it in my Italian cooking. Also when I make homemade meatballs.

I started buying this because it is so good on a lot of things

I like the large bottle size. Keeps me from buying smaller bottles that do not last as long.

I wasn’t expecting it to be so “powdery” I’m use to the more granular type onion seasoning.
