Only lasted 5 months

I purchased this earlier this year and it did work well for a couple of months. Unfortunately it started flickering and finally stopped working. This was even in a climate controlled garage so it was never exposed to extreme temps or water.

Avoid Westinghouse

Westinghouse does not honor the 5 year warranty on this bulb. My died within 6 months and despite filing a warranty claim, I never received a replacement. Customer service went dark soon after I filed my claim.

It was okay

When it functioned properly, it was delightful and bright as daylight. However, it produced a lot of heat, which burned some of my nursery trays on the shelf next to it. Unfortunately, it only worked for six and a half months.
