Very nice product. Install wasn’t too bad. I did it by myself in a day. I should have had a second set of hands to raise the beams but I made it work. Quality is nice. So far so good. No wind or major storms, I angled the louvers in direction of the winds so it doesn’t catch and pull.

The best pergola and/or gazebo I’ve ever put up with my son! Installed on 5/30/26, only took 4 hours with 2 people! Very heavy duty, I would change anything about it. My only criticism would be for you to add at the beginning of the instructions “determine where you want the louver mechanism” so they can determine where to start with the first post. Can anyone tell me what the metal fold out shelf is on the electrical box? Is it a shelf for cell phones? Missing a few rubber nubs that go on the end of the louvers, how can I get more? So great, so heavy duty….I’m extremely happy and so is my family and pets for shade!!!! Has anyone installed roll up/down shades? If so and you like end result, can you reply with what brand?

Love how this looks in our backyard. Took my family and I about 4-6 hours (3-4 adults) to put up. It really was easy and only had a couple steps where you really need more than 2 people.

I looked at serveral of this style of pergolas. The instructions were great. The best set of instructions I've used actually. We built it from start to finish in 3 hours. It works just as I expected. Great Product.

I live in the Midwest and we get frequent wind storms in the spring, so I was looking for a pergola that can stand a high wind and snow load. Since putting this up almost every day we’ve had 20mph wind with gusts around 40mph. I’ve seen no movement or rattling during these windy days. It’s pretty heavy, coming in four boxes all around 125lbs for the 12x10, but not unmanageable. I was able to construct this in a few hours with one other guy. The gutters work but won’t deflect all water, some will spill over them, but if you’re directly under the pergola with the louvers closed you won’t get wet. Overall very happy with this product.

I bought 2 of the 10x12 louvered pergolas for our back yard and finished assembly yesterday. 1. Everything was there and nothing was damaged. They included assembly tools! 2. The quality of the components was very good. The powder coating was excellent! 3. The instructions are thorough, in good English and easy to follow. 4. The build is possible with one person, but so much easier with 2. 5. The pergolas are sturdy after assembly, and I have no worries about wind damage. 6. I wanted stronger cement anchors than the ones supplied, so I used 3/8" wedge anchors. This is a very well-engineered kit! I was really impressed with the stainless hardware, thoughtfully written assembly instructions and overall quality of materials.

I recently purchased the 10x20 Sarasota Pergola and I'm very happy with the product. Assembly wasn’t overly difficult, but the instructions need improvement. It's surprisingly easy to install a piece incorrectly, and if you do, it may require a lot of disassembly correct it. One key tip: install the crank mechanism when you start the louver installation, not at the end as the manual suggests. Trust me, doing it early will save you a major headache. Despite the issue I ran into, I was blown away by the customer service. The support team responded quickly and thoroughly—without question, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with any purchase. Now that it's fully assembled, the pergola looks fantastic. Thanks to the great follow-up and support, I will absolutely recommend both the product and the company. Just please update the instructions to make the assembly process smoother!

Some part have is not match or not aligned

it is a sturdy, aesthetically pleasing addition to our backyard entertaining space. i particularly like the louvered feature which makes the product much more versatile.
