These are not the same as the other Vitafusion Melatonin gummies I've ordered before. These are like chewing rubber. Don't like them at all.

I take 1 and a half per doctor's orders and they seem to help me fall asleep faster. Seems to stop the chadder in my head to allow me to go to sleep faster. I Take the same time every night, about a half hour before bed, seems to work for me.

These seem to be working great. Although the bottle says 2 gummies I have only taken 1 and it works for me. They have an okay taste I will keep buying these as long as they work for me.

This brand does his job!!!! After maybe around 1/2 hr you will see results and start feeling relax and then will lil by lil close your eyes and fall sleep!!!! Woke up fresh.. your mind will be and focus mode and will go better and more energy during the day...consider to not take anything to much sugar and caffeine few hrs before sleep and can drink with a also TEA no caffeine to help also relax better..you want to woke up fresh consider to sleep enough hrs with your melatonin maybe 1/2 an hr before your bed time!!! That way you have enough time for the melatonin to clear out by the time you up!!! Is also not addicted 5 is good for me and 10 when just wanna fall faster .

Works great for my husband so I thought I would give it a try since I'm on prescription medication for sleep. The first night I slept so I thought this is wonderful maybe I can stop taking my prescription and take the melatonin. I'm sorry to say it didn't work for me the next night but I'm not going to give up and maybe try every other night.

My wife got this for me, I have been working irregular night shifts at the hospital and have been having a hard time sleeping if I get home mid morning. I Take 2 of these guys after work and I am able to sleep a solid 6 hours before going back to work.

I have always struggled with sleep issues. Trouble going to sleep and trouble staying asleep. I tried Melatonin years ago and it worked for awhile and then back to sleepless nights again. These are working good so far. I fall asleep faster than before and I seem to sleep most nights at least 5 hours which is pretty good for me. They taste good for a gummy.

Decent taste, not too sugary tasting, 1 gummy works if you don't use it often. 4 stars because, unlike other similar brands and members mark, this product leaves me with odd to frightening dreams, every single time, no matter if taking 1 or 2 gummies in a dose. I do not typically dream at all that i can recall.
