broke down and couldn't be repaired at a little over a year old. Luckily I bought a warranty so I received my money back. I also have a Shark that is over 5 years old and never had a problem with it. I'll replace this one with a Shark.

Great robot we bought it because we have 2 golden retriever and its great a getting all the hair from the floor. Unfortunately the base charger died after only 8 days.

This is my second one. I was so happy with the unit I purchased for our downstairs the second purchase was within a week so we have one up and down. I still give it a 5, but the mop feature is just OK, but better than none at all.

Powerful and smart but doesnt play well with high pile rugs/carpet. I had to return it to the store which was a frustratingexperience but, Faith was very helpful!

bObsweep was a great find. bObsweep vacuums and mops which is a bonus over other robot vacuums. It uses Wi-Fi which is super handy. bObsweep was a great value and had added benefits such as wet/dry mopping. Great if you have fur babies.

Bob works great and a wonderful addition to our family. I have a German shepherd, very hairy animal. Bob doesn’t get all the dirt and hair, but it cuts down on my work load.

Had my doubts about these robotic vacuums but I got to say I’m very impressed ! Love the app ! Love that can schedule cleaning times and not have to worry about one more thing on my to do list. Highly recommend bObsweep Pethair Slam.

Instead of receiving the Pet Hair Slam, you will receive the cheapest sweeper they have in store. I made a claim twice and twice they send the wrong sweeper. I got the Espresso both times, this version only sweeps, do not mop and it is Not very good. Do Not waist your time, Not worth it.

This is my 1st robo vacuum. I knew there would be a learning curve but didn't expect this nightmare. The brush is always clogged up with hair. It's supposed to be for homes with pets. It would go 10 seconds & it'd stop & be clogged again. Edgar, one of the technicians, is like family now. In the meanwhile, I bought a Roborock. It has dual silicone brushes, can handle 10 times the hair with ease. Spend the money to get a better machine with silicone brushes.

Got a bobSweep for Christmas 24'. Life changing. My only complaint is ours is not the pet hair model. Hard to believe there COULD be a better model! We have rug, tile, and LVF. Every type of floor is cleaned so we'll it appears it was wet mopped.
