So far so good, I only used it twice but great suction power and the attachments pick up the cat hair perfectly. Easy to clean and not heavy which is what I like.

Bought this for my son's dorm. No pets but it was the right size and no filter was needed. The only thing he doesn't like is it doesn't have the bristle brush head. They replaced it with a tougher brush head for pet hair for use on upholstery.

The best suction of any vacuum I’ve ever owned. I had a Dyson Animal that cost at the time $800. This thing blows that out of the water by far. And the price is astonishing. I’m thinking of buying a second one just for backup.

I applied for the extended warranty and never heard anything anything back. But it’s ok my vacuum went out before the store warranty ended. It’s not a good machine it’s probably why it’s no longer available on the site.

One of its best features is the automatic cord rewind a huge convenience compared to manual wrapping. It also comes with specialized pet tools that make cleaning furniture and stairs. Just loved it.
