I would rather use a capsule. Gummies not as effective and much more expensive.

I haven't noticed much of a difference in muscle and joint pain. I still take them every day anyway because I want to believe they make a difference somehow. I don't love the flavor either. Nor the texture. But it's better than the giant pills I was taking before, so whatever works I guess.

Qunol Magnesium helps me fall to sleep @ night. I take it just before I go to bed. It also helps calm my anxiety issues. I take Vitamin D, B12, & Magnesium to control my past anxiety. As it turns out my VIT D & B 12 were low. I have never had my Magnesium checked. I started taking it to help me sleep & for muscle cramps. It is an added benefit that it also calms the nerves.

Heard I needed magnesium so that my calcium would be absorbed more efficiently. Don't know for sure if that is the case but I'm giving it a try. I hope the recommendation was right. I'm sure there other reasons for taking magnesium. I will check with my doctor.

I love this product the flavor is amazing. I just would only change one thing and that would be the sugar on the outside of the gummy‘s is a little too much. But I take them anyway because the benefits outweigh the taste of that sugar excellent product would recommend totally.

I have purchased this before in the 60 count bottle. It was great, no problems, but when I opened this large container of 150 gummies, they are all wet and sticky. The bottle had a seal. I am very disappointed, because if I return it to the store, they do not have this size of the product. I cannot take 2 each day as it is too much and causes many trips to the bathroom.

Second bottle and makes a big difference in my joints
