This is the best magnesium supplement I have ever used! I NEED magnesium supplements and topicals due to a health condition that makes my body consume it at a ridiculous rate. Many of the pills just don't cut it for me so I have to drink it, which is not my favorite. These gummies are perfect for me and I can't believe the difference. I can tell if magnesium is working because I get awful muscle cramps if it doesn't. These are definitely being absorbed well because I have not had one cramp since I started using them. I spread my servings out over the day and it seems to stay regulated in my body better that way. These are dense gummies that are easy to chew and they taste delicious. The price is great for the amount of servings and the quality of this magnesium. I am really pleased and will be trying some other Qunol supplements as well.

Heard I needed magnesium so that my calcium would be absorbed more efficiently. Don't know for sure if that is the case but I'm giving it a try. I hope the recommendation was right. I'm sure there other reasons for taking magnesium. I will check with my doctor.

Every bottle of qunol magnesium we ordered was received with evidence that the seals are missing showing the bottles have most likely been tampered with. it looks like all 4 bottles ordered were opened before they were put in the shipping box. Now we wait for the refund for damaged merchandise again! We have to print the label and drive to FedEx, too. If Sam's Club DIDN'T HAVE LOW QUALITY CONTROL OVER FOOD %26 FOOD SUPPLEMENTS THIS WOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM!!!!
