EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED

This review is not based on the product because I have NOT yet receive my order. I placed my order on November 14th, 2023. As of today, December 20th, 2023, I still have NOT received my order. I have called, over 5 times, and there still is no resolution. I n the mean time, I am assessed interest on my account for items I do not have in my possession. I like SAM's product but unfortunately, there delivery system taints my overall opinion of SAM's reliability

Nice couch bad delivery

they delivered it 3 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment while I was asleep and I’m missing the entire left side of my sectional. I only have the ottoman and middle sectional ,other than that the couch is comfortable but I am beyond annoyed for the amount of money I spent and time it took for them to ship it incorrectly
