**BEWARE OF SAM'S CLUB SENDING DIRTY AND DAMAGED**

*** BEWARE OF SAM'S CLUB SENDING DIRTY AND DAMAGED FLOOR MODELS****I gave it one star because of the functionality. The couch was delivered 10 mins ago and it came soiled, damaged and no consumer tags attached. That is a true sign of sending a customer a FLOOR MODEL that 100 people or more have sat on. I HAD TO TAKE TWO DAYS OFF FROM WORK TO JUST TO GET THIS SOILED AND DAMAGED SECTIONAL !!!

This sectional has it all. A comfortable and wonderful sectional. The USB port is easy to use.

Great customizable couch

Very firm. Love how you can customize it to your comfort. We always use the pullout to cuddle. Love the storage for the blankets.

I love all the neat little features of this couch. The couch is very sturdy and comfortable. I like the color options for this set. I like the pullout bed part and cup holder.

This sectional is so so versatile. From the pullout bed, cup holders, storage, and expandable headrests, you are really getting a great deal for the price. The fabric is soft and there are good options in colors.

Pretty interesting set up especially when you are having guests over. The only thing is the end piece with the storage seems a bit weak if someone larger than me was to sit in it.

Very comfy. The cushions are firm yet soft. So much so that you wouldn't even know this had a pullout bed underneath! Love this couch!

Missing couch

I ordered my couch on November 10th, and it was supposed to be delivered by December 1st. It is now December 21st, and there is still no couch. I have called several times between now and then and was told they couldn't order a replacement until after December 18th. Called after December 18th and was told the couch is now out of stock, so they can't replace the couch. I see another member is having the same problem. Seems to me like a scam at this point. Still no resolution to the problem.
