I love this products function and use on hard to scrub surfaces. Unfortunately this sponge begins to smell like an old sponge(mildew) after only minimal uses. I love this product and have tried buying it from different stores and in a variety of packs (single to multipacks) and I have gotten the same results. T

I LOVE the green heavy duty scrubbers. Scotch Brite is the only brand I buy. They tackle anything I throw at them. I use them at work also while doing dishes. You ought to see the dishes/pans/coffee tea pots and stainless steel sparkle! I'll stop using them, when you pry them from my cold dead fingers!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrubbing power sponge. These sponges have that heavy duty scrubbing power. We grill year round and every 6 months we clean the grill racks of the baked on food and sauces. My husband was pleased that this time I did the scrubbing. I did let the rack soak in hot water first which soften the sticky stuff. The green side scrubber did get clogged with the sticky stuff but rinsed off to be able to keep scrubbing. I did have to use elbow grease to get a lot of the grime off.The sponge side I used to wipe the rack off. You can see the sponge is dirty but well used. I will use the heavy duty sponges again for other cleaning projects.

One still has to be cautious that it isn't too abrasive for the item it is being used on. Great for scrubbing oven racks or other items with caked on grease, dirt and other tough challenges. It holds up well and can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher, too.

I have used scotch brite heavy duty scrubbing pads on my grill for maaany years,each time I have used them I am still amazed at how they last at getting the burnt crud off.No need to use harsh chemicals , just the scotchbrite heavy duty scrubbing pad,hot water and soap.It is like having A new grill everytime!

I always make sure I have your Heavy Duty Scouring Pads on hand. Living in the country, and having to use well water, makes it hard to wash things. I use your pads not only to wash my dishes and pots and pans, but to keep my stainless steel sink glistening!! I couldn't do it without your products!! Your nail saver pads are great for rinsing and wiping down areas such as my glass stove top and refrigerator.

This is the new easier to handle shape. I love the fact that I can use a sponge with a scrub surface for the outside of certain pots and pans that have burned on grease and it comes off. Also, this sponge can be used on casseroles and other cooking items without worry of scratching the surface.

Go back to the RECTANGULAR sponges. These sponges are NOT useful when cleaning a countertop. Must press EXTRA EXTRA HARD to get the particles. The SQUARE edge of the previous RECTANGULAR sponges worked just fine. Did you ever work with a Usability Lab to determine if this was what CUSTOMERS WANTED? What were you morons thinking? Until I see them as RECTANGULAR again, I will be buying your competitor's products.

I wash all my dishes by hand, not by choice I have no dishwasher. The Scotch-Bright Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge helps make washing a sink full of dishes a breeze. Even the pots of chili my husband likes to burn at the bottom. The green scrubby part gets the tough stuff off without scratching. I've tried many other sponges and this, by far, is the best.

I had some caked on mess on my favorite pan. I had tried everything in the past and nothing had worked so I was at the store looking for something to help me get the mess off of this pan and help me in the future. I decdied to try a Scotch-Brite product and chose the heavy duty. I could not believe how well it worked. I also used it to get stuff off of my stove and it worked there too. It did not scratch anything either, which was my biggest fear. I would recommend this to anyone it worked beyond great.
