These sponges are great they work on just about everything. When you think that its time to throw it out it just keeps working even on the worst baked on stuff. I will buy them each and every time i do need a new one. and it even works on getting off hard water stains in the shower and sinks.

I have used these sponges for years and the last few times I purchased them they have not been as strong. They seem to fall apart sooner. The scrubber is fine but the sponge part comes apart and breaks off in pieces. It is frustrating. I wonder if something has changed in the making of this. I used to find these the best but not so much anymore.

Tried other sponges didn't work as good or last as long as my scotch bright heavy duty from wiping counters to cleaning stoves or just doing pot and pans,and any other duties around the kitchen. I'll never go back to useing bargain brands. by katie0

I also use the Scotch Brite Non-Scratch Scrub Sponges, which are ideal for some cookware, but don't cut the mustard for heavy-duty pan cleanup jobs from a roasted turkey or oven-barbecued ribs. The Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Sponges pick up where the other ones leave off, making clean-up jobs a breeze. I haven't found anything else that performs as well as this product. My adult daughter, who has rheumatoid arthritis & no dishwasher to assist her, always has sparkling clean pots and pans thanks to only minimal effort with these heavy-duty sponges.

The Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge is the best overall cleaning product I have ever used. Nothing comes close to it's endless abilities. I use it for cleaning dishes, I use another one for scrubbing the floor, I use one to clean the bathroom. It is good with or without soap. You can clean just even using water. Best product, couldn't live with out it!

One side has the scrubber so you can clean pots and pans with baked on food. The other side is soft for more delicate cleaning. Easily washes clean in the dishwasher. A great sponge for tough kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this scotch-brute heavy duty sponge on a pot that had never been cleaned. It took some elbow grease but the pot almost looked new when I finished. The sponge was only slightly worn and will be used again and again.

I buy these sponges in multi-packs. With no automatic dishwasher, I love the way I can clean anything with a Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge. Each evening I put my "used" sponge in a mesh bag. When I run a load of laundry, I just toss my bag of sponges in. Then they're ready to use again!

I have used these for years to wash my dishes. They hold up well, and they scrub well without damaging my dishes and pots and pans. When it gets smelly or dirty but isn't quite ready to be replaced, I put it in the dishwasher and it comes out like brand new.

If you have hobbies you might want to get at least a 6 pack, because you'll find yourself using them in all kinds of ways. Cycling, yard equipment and auto maintenance, arts and crafts, not to mention cleaning around the house! Which is why I say you need quite a few, once you get oil and grease on them, paint, or use one on plumbing you won't want to have to use it to clean the microwave again!
